A typical nail salon with a pretty front and the usual pedi spa chairs and nail stations. Nothing…read moreextraordinary, but the manicurists were efficient and thorough. I did notice it took much longer than I expected before we were serviced, even though I called ahead for an appointment. They were busy but not all the manicurists were with a client. So, unsure of the delay. We got the basic pedi with add-on gel mani. Loved my pedi massage that included a foot scrub. Service was good, but nothing WOWed me. Prices for pedi were typical, but the add-ons (gel removal and gel mani) were over the top. Hoping that my mani/pedi will last at least a week as they said it should, otherwise not worth what I paid.

I come back in 10 min and the lady has me sit down, meanwhile another walk-in client comes in. Starts on her nails (yes I was in there first, not a big deal). 45 MINUTES LATER, the lady tells me I will need to wait an extra 25 min until the other nail specialist can get there (I was there for a manicure). At that point I walked out. Rude and unnecessary. Get your nails done, literally anywhere else.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I came in for both a manicure and…read morea pedicure, and the final result was far from what I expected. The work felt rushed and sloppy, with several basic steps clearly skipped. The finish was uneven and lacked attention to detail, which is unacceptable given the prices they charge. What bothered me the most was the hygiene. The tools did not appear to be properly sterilized and were reused between clients, which is honestly concerning and made me very uncomfortable. Cleanliness should be a non negotiable standard in a nail salon, especially when it comes to personal care services. On top of that, they require a minimum 18 percent tip, which feels completely unjustified considering the poor quality of the service. The prices are already high, and for such mediocre results and questionable hygiene practices, it simply does not make sense. I will not be coming back. It is a real shame because I was hoping to find a high quality, professional nail salon, but this was definitely not it. Edit : I think you should remind your employees about the hygiene more than remind me that I can ask about tipping options
