At the very first appointment she went over the basics, care, cleaning, brushing, etc. I have followed her to any location change she's done throughout the years ever since. She is an amazing and knowledgeable esthetician. I'm not ashamed to admit I had quite the 90s pencil eyebrows look going on when we started out. She let me know in the sweetest yet honest way that my eyebrows needed a change. She is warm, welcoming and easy going. When it comes to scheduling she will do her best to work around your schedule and accommodate you as best she can. The way she does eyelash extensions is a true skill. I constantly get compliments on mine and recommend her to everyone I know. Our appointments always seem to go by in the blink of an eye, whether we are catching up on gossip, having a somewhat therapy session on my personal life or she's letting me catch up on much needed sleep during my lash naps. Her timeliness is very important to me because of my work schedule and mom life/finding a babysitter. Cindy has become like family to me and I appreciate all that she has done and continues to do!

She offered to fix it but whenever I tried to reschedule with her it was hard to find a time that worked and she wasn't really following up/responsive. Overall, it wasn't worth the money for me and there are far better places nearby that can give you what you're looking for.

When I went home that night and simply brushed through them large chunks started to come out. I've had lash extensions many times and I know this is NOT normal. I notified them and canceled my refill appointment. I was getting my lashes done to go away if I hadn't been leaving out of town I would have went back in. I am really upset about this. They questioned my care regimen which annoyed me even more. Yes I had a groupon but I still paid for the service and gave a good tip. I would recommend paying more and going elsewhere. I am 3 days in and have only a few lashes left. Only reason I give two stars is because Kelly was polite and place was clean.

Usha is simply professional, knowledgeable, and confident in her stellar work on skin. This shows through from the initial consultation of what areas she feels we should work on, through her steady handiwork, to the end results. Every time I leave the studio, the results I gain are two folds. And the days following you can clearly see the results. They say skin can glow, and I actually used that phrase after seeing her every time. I can't recommend Usha and her wonderful skills enough. With my own terrible skin regimen, she always knows what to do to repair, rejuvenate, and hydrate my skin. I have always had a variation of concerns with my face that she was able to address. Some of the key issues she has been able to take care of is acne, discoloration in scarring, overall skin health, and her jeweled skillset in dermaplaning to bring out the brightness in new skin. I am ashamed that it has taken me so long to write this review. Rally no excuse other than total…read moresummer laziness. Jenn is, and I kid you not, a Beauty Fairy Godmother. Since I've met her my looks have been completely upgraded. Not only has she turned me on to THE BEST hairdresser, and a nurse who expertly fills my sagging face with "stuff" that makes me look 10 years younger, but she is genius with eyebrows and make-up. Seriously. If you read back on my previous reviews you will see a few entries about eyebrows. Eyebrows will MAKE or BREAK your face. If they are done properly you will look tight, fresh, awake, and chic. Done incorrectly your face is jacked-up. This is not an exaggeration. I'd stopped doing anything because I was paying A LOT of money and was still bummed about my brows. So I had sort of given up......And then I met Jenn. I was mesmerized by her own make-up and brows and I could tell she was horrified by mine. God bless her sweet heart she kept her mouth shut. When I finally gave her a shot at shaping my brows......OMG....brow perfection. She does threading which I knew about but never through string could produce definition and shape. I'm here to assure you that in the right hands it does! So gone are the days of paying $60 for brows and HELLO to $25! I also tried eyelash extensions. Jenn did them to perfection but turns out I'm not a lash extension girl. They just weren't for me, but if you want them you gotta' see her. Finally, I hired Jenn to do my wedding make-up. She card so much about making me happy that I was touched. She did an awesome job and the make-up lasted ALL DAY LONG. My face didn't slide off, run, smudge. I don't know how she did it. I could have probably slept in the make-up and woke up looking perfect. Next I will be having Jenn work on my skin care - she's a licensed esthetician. I can't wait. I'm sure she will knock that out of the park, too. Oh, and bikini wax and laser treatments. I'm gonna keep this chick BUSY. She is a one-woman, beauty, tour-de-force!

I did not tip and here is why. - nail color is streaky, lumping, uneven, and has some bubbles - nail tech dragged the file so hard against my nail she caught skin and I bled - sloppy sloppy work - she didnt keep my nails in the UV light long enough - the polish still had the soft sticky feel to it - she ruined the shape of my nails (i wanted her to shorten my nails but keep the shape) - the acrylic was laid bumping and she didnt take the time to fix her mistakes - salon was disorganized, cramped and unclean My nail tech was an older lady. Apparently she was still drunk from the night before. RUN, not walk away from this place.
