She will look at your natural lashes and give you advice in what type of lashes will look best for you; she also listens to your request and incorporate it throughout the process. She gave me partial hybrid - which it looks amazing the way she places them on your lashes!!!! Basically if you are familiar with false lashes, Susana gave me the red cherry wispy lashes for my extension, except they look as if they are my real lashes - Very Pretty!!! I have slept on it overnight and it's super comfortable, unlike other extensions that I had done in the past, Susana nailed it! She makes sure each lash of the extension is not placed too close to the eyelid or touching the eyelid - she applies each lash precisely onto your own natural lash without being too close or touching the eyelid; that's what made it so comfortable for me. With the extension she designs for me, I feel glam & girly even without any makeup on. Susana is talented, she will make you look pretty! The boutique itself is chic, polished, super clean and very relaxing. Super hygiene throughout the whole process. She gave me a care bag to take home with, and explains how to clean and take care of my lashes before I leave the boutique. Parking is easy, her price is very reasonable!!!!! It was hard to find, but the interactive online map of the mall helped a lot. I finally found it, but the inside looked a little different than I had remembered it. There isn't a little waiting lounge anymore; instead, I was instantly greeted by someone. They asked me for a name/number but we realized I was not in their system. I created an "account" and then she also did my eyebrows. I did not have an appointment, they were able to accommodate a walk in. I like that eyebrows are plucked here, instead of threaded or waxed - seemed like less of a risk to make a big mistake. It did not hurt at all and I was very comfortable throughout it all since its in a reclining chair. After about 10 minutes, the service was complete. I paid $28 at their front desk, and was on my way. It is on the expensive side, but I think for the quality of work, it is worth it. I also find that the hair grows back slower which can be good if you don't want to pay so frequently. The salon was very clean, very quiet which fostered a relaxing environment, and they offer a lot more services.

There was no facial massage of any kind, more so cleanse, then put under a series of machines. Just sitting there under it. Cheap paper face mask left on. Then comes to extractions: she over picked my face and now I have a scab that will scar. The facial itself was not relaxing or any attention to detail. Just face washed with st.ives, too many extractions, then a drying light therapy (even though I said my skin is sensitive and dry). Then at the end, the employee didn't know how to use the square machine so I had to venmo. I asked for a refund and was told I could come in for another appointment for free. I do not want to come in, I was uncomfortable and the products used were cheap and damaging. I was trying to be very civil and polite when asking for a refund but I am being dismissed so I warned I would write a negative public review.
