Careless installers…read more After the technicians came out to fix my Andersen windows, I emailed Missy Corelle detailing the issues. I waited five days with no response or call back, even though I confirmed the email was opened. Their complete lack of follow-up is unacceptable, and I will not recommend this company to anyone. Below is the email that I sent: "Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with the window installation service on July 29, 2025. Unfortunately, it was far from positive. First, I found both installers to be careless. The younger installer literally ripped the valance off the blind and broke both brackets. It didn't appear that he examined how they were mounted before removing them. If he had been unsure, he could have asked me for help--I've removed that valance several times myself without issue. Not only did he break both plastic brackets, but he also never informed me. Instead, he jury-rigged it so it appeared intact. I discovered the damage when I tried to close the blind, and the valance fell. Secondly, the older installer dropped a hammer on my new end table, which we purchased just two weeks ago. I had placed a clear plexiglass top on it the previous weekend, which saved the table itself, but the plexiglass now has a dent. Again, this was never mentioned to me--I only noticed it after they had left. Both representatives appeared to be in a rush and did not treat my home or me with the respect that any customer deserves. It is important that I share this feedback so that you and your team can work towards creating a better customer experience for your future clients."

We left feeling completely confident and excited about the selections--and I called her a week later and she still remembered us. I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later! Recently when I go into Lowe's, the reason I pick Lowe's is cause they're cleaner they're more organized and just seems less white trash overall all their products are clearly marked and they're easy to find. I know my way through that store like I know my way through the house although that's regrettable situation. It's just my life. They've always offered great products and offered incredible sales most recently I purchased a bunch of tile some was 75% off others were 75% off plus another 50% off that 75% now that is real value for me as a customer. But the most important thing I can communicate to you at this time right now is that every time I've gone in over the last project at least two people have asked me if I need help. One guy saw me fighting with some insulation trying to rip some plastic and he came along with a knife and cut it free and as if I needed a cart or if I need anything else. This is much different than what I have been experiencing in the past even though it's a little cliché, I can tell you that Lowe's at least recently in my experience has been much more personable and putting their employees out there to provide a higher level of service thank you Lowe's. I wish I bought a new house but I didn't. I bought an old one, and therefore, you have been a big part of my life and I appreciate it even though I resent it a little bit. Thanks again Lowe's. Keep up the good work keep asking people if they need help. That is the key to success service.
