I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) The guys work fast, thoroughly, are kind and easy to have around. I had feedback on two small things while they worked.. no problem, they resolved them quickly and without issue. I can't recommend AZ Prestige enough.

Not only was he punctual with his outreach, he was the first company to come out and provide an estimate the very next morning. Daniel was extremely professional and informative about all aspects of my project. Every question I asked was explained in detail, he was very patient as this was my first floor remodel and I had MANY questions. Daniel provided a very professional estimate, and used estimate technology that I think many customers would appreciate. This company is licensed / bonded/ insured, which can also put the customer at ease. The prices are definitely competitive and Daniel is very easy to talk with if you're considering negotiations with other competitors. I highly recommend Chavez Flooring to anyone looking to remodel with professionals!

I needed to extend exiting tile installed 4 years ago by a different company to other parts of my home (master bedroom, walk-in closet and office). I had additional tile for them to use. They matched it up perfectly, executed as promised and left the place 100% clean. The entire process was so easy: I measured the room and sent pictures. I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. I liked them so much I had them come back out the next week and install more tile. This is a company you keep in your contact list and refer.

He was a very good value and on time for both the quote and work. The scope of work was beyond other companies' offering... Jamie and team could do it all (see scope above) vs having to hire multiple companies. His workmanship was excellent, and he retouched up any grout repairs that needed additional attention. He spent the entire day at our home, and he will return to replace additional tiles that need to be cut and replaced. His pricing was also very fair for all this workscope. We dropped into the showroom to see backsplash options. Lisa/owner was very friendly and great showing us options/answering questions and providing us grout and tile samples to take home and view there. Matt/Owner, later came out to give us an estimate and confirm what we were thinking. Matt answered any questions and measured and provided us an estimate before he left. Of course we already had chosen what tile we wanted by this time. Matt came when he said he would and installation began when he told me. Some other options I explored, I had to independently figure out installation. Which took a long time trying to get find someone or get someone to get back to me. Floors n More was also competitive on price, compared to other quotes we got. What we liked was they could give us a firm date on install. They also said they would work with us on installation. The amount of rooms we were doing, was going to be a challenge on moving out furniture/clothing/etc. Some other companies, said we had to have all rooms cleared out before they began. We were able to cycle through rooms, that made it more manageble to accomplish. We liked that Floors n More have their own people that do the work. Ramone/installer, arrived on time. He was very courtious/efficient/cleaned up at the end of the day/listened to any questions or concerns we had. He accomplished our job in a week. Floors N More was great to work with. I have already recommended them to at least 3 of my friends/neighbors.

Matt, the owner, was extremely attentive throughout the process--he checked in with me regularly and even sent progress photos along the way, which I really appreciated. His crew was polite, efficient, and worked quickly without leaving any downtime between steps, from sanding to laying the floors to installing the baseboards. One thing I really value is that they stood by their work. After the main job was complete, they came back promptly to fix small areas that needed attention, such as caulking and a few misaligned nails in the baseboards. The finished floors are smooth, level, and feel wonderful to walk on. One critique would be the pattern of how the planks were laid. In some areas, the seams line up in a way that feels a bit repetitive, and I would have preferred more variation in the staggered pattern. That said, the quality of the workmanship and customer service was excellent, and I would happily recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to have their floors done.
