Ryan is incredibly concerned about quality and used the best products on the market. He lived with his quote and there were no "surprise" costs that seems do endemic to the industry. Our roof has a 30 year materials warranty and a 25 year warranty for labor. Pretty sure I will be going out feet first before that time is up. I wanted something that would last and was willing to pay for the best. I could have probably gotten it done somewhat cheaper, but then you have to worry about what corners are being cut. I highly recommend Ryan and his team.

Taylor and Exterior + were great, and went above and beyond with our project. Their work was excellent and extremely quick and efficient. For this alone I would give them 5 out of 5 stars but then they really impressed me with a problem we had. Our general contractor had incorrectly installed some hardware that was resulting in some water getting into the home. This was 100% the contractor's fault, and not Exterior +. But when I told them about it, they immediately came out and assisted me with closing the gap in question, no charge. Few companies would do that, and I highly recommend this company.

The quality of the work was put to the test almost immediately. 2 days after our roof was completed, our area experienced winds reaching aprox 80 mph. Our new roof handled those extreme conditions beautifully, with no issues whatsoever. Proceeded to ask me personal questions.. which made me feel extremely uneasy. "Do you always work from home?" Always? I got a weird vibe as if they trying to find out how often we are home. "What kind of dog do we have?" "I hear kids, how old are they"? "What time does your husband come home? Is it the same time every night?" The whole experience was creepy, but then I read a review from him today from another woman. I've met plenty of men who are professional and respectful. Life is too short to spend your money on a jerk.

We talked and I decided to have him come and take a look at my roof. Immediately, I noticed he was very easy to speak to. He first took a good look at my roof and actually saw a couple problems that I didn't know about. Several years ago; we had a terrible windy, rain storm that damaged many roofs in my area. Unfortunately, the representative from my insurance company did not agree that my roof should be replaced. They did pay for water damage in my garage. Steve Carlson thoroughly inspected my roof and this is when he found the reason that the water ended up damaging my garage. The previous wild storm had actually tore off my steel patio planks. One flew over the house and landed in my driveway. As it went over the house; damage was done by the heavy steel plank to the whirly bird. He explained this to me. The insurance representative should have inspected my roof closer and found this. So each time, we have had heavy rain and wind; more damage was done to my garage drywall ceiling. This past year, my drywall started breaking and just missed hitting my cars parked inside my garage. Steve Carlson explained in depth about about how their company uses the best materials and guarantee all their work and materials. He really went out of his way to find a way for me to qualify for this premium roof from Dabella. He explained how the company started and that they really are proud to offer a high qualify roof that will outlast many of their competitors. He explained in detail about they use the best materials and workmanship. In my case, I was not able to qualify to have this roof installed at this time. My financial status is stalled, due to some medical issues. Once I am able to start a full-time job; I plan to call Steve Carlson and allow Dabella to install a new and secure roof that will last a very long time. Having a new strong roof will also help on my utility costs. I would recommend Steve Carlson to come and review your roof and explain how this company does a thorough job and uses the best quality materials. There were a couple of mortar caps that were cracked in half and needed to be replaced. Jesus not only replaced the caps but he saw a couple other areas on the roof that also needed attention. I requested 4 quotes from different companies. Jesus at Innova was the quickest response, walked me around on my roof and showed me everything he would do and cover as part of his quote for service. None of the other three companies that had four stars or higher took the time to show me anything, they just gave a quote and a higher price, some much higher. Contract was signed for 3 kitchen bay windows on 3/21/26. Job was completed on 7/7/26. Haven the…read moresalesmen said it would take 6 weeks, since the 2 smaller windows needed to be ordered. Called at 6 weeks and was told the windows were order 3 weeks ago. Called over 20 times and told me someone would call. Never received any call backs. How do these people sleep at time? Installation started on June 17th. Installer never tested windows. Ben, the contractor came when job was completed on 6/19th. The 2 small windows did not remain open and was told the tracks were missing. June 24th a window tech came and agreed the tracks were missing and took pictures. With a few more visits to get the right tracks and installation was completed on July 7th. There was always an excuse from "NON" Reimagine blaming the window manufacturer or window installers. The window installers were great. PLEASE LISTEN, do not hire them. It was a very frustrating process. Hasn't rain in Arizona yet, so don't know if they leak.
