The quality of the fabric feels nice, and they have tops that are moisture-wicking or have built-in padding for women's tops. Their workout gear is great for running, yoga, and Pilates. I had a very disappointing experience at this location regarding a simple price match…read more The M NSW CLUB TEE was advertised at $6.00 on the JD app/website, but at the store I was charged $8.00. When I showed the app price, a female employee refused to honor the price match and the interaction escalated into an unprofessional argument instead of being handled calmly. A male employee even acknowledged that the item should be price matched, but the female employee still refused. After contacting customer service, I received conflicting information. I was initially told that a $2 refund had already been processed, then later informed that refunds under $5 cannot be issued. This contradiction required escalation and filing a complaint with the BBB just to get clear answers. Only after escalation to a supervisor did JD Finish Line provide a $50 goodwill reward, but no cash refund was ever issued for the pricing error. The BBB ultimately closed the case with the status: "Answered - the business addressed the issues, but the consumer remains dissatisfied." This situation could have been avoided entirely if store staff had simply honored the advertised price and handled the interaction professionally. Customers should not have to escalate to corporate and the BBB to resolve a basic pricing issue. I hope JD Finish Line improves store-level training and ensures employees follow advertised pricing and treat customers with respect.

But I'm not one to go Medellin in other people's business naming rights. I'm just trying to Cali it as I see it. I just hope the guy who works here that was complaining that his wife is always at the bar trying to pick up other girls is not as psycho as he sounds. He said he might just buy a gun and go to the Barranquilla. I told him that guns should be outlawed. And so should false advertising about where a store is. IT'S NOT IN COLUMBIA. But recently, having been to the store a few more times now, we like it even more. They have a bunch of great stuff, and if it was just a little cheaper - despite the outlet prices which make it cheaper, supposedly - then we would probably give it five stars. I used to swear by Puma and buy all of their stuff, and some of the material is still nice like it used to be, but finding stuff that suits me in terms of muscle shirts that Barbie would want me to wear is a lot harder than it used to be. It never Hanes, but it pours…read more I didn't even know that Hanes had stores. That's pretty cool. Did you know? Well this was my first experience of an actual Hanes store. They make very cute underwear and Barbie loves their sports bras. It's in an outlet mall so their stuff is a little cheaper than you expect to pay at a Hanes store, if you know what one is. But having said that hang stuff is pretty cheap at Walmart too, so it's not like this is a godsend or a revelation or anything. There's a much bigger selection here than there is at Walmart and prices are comparable. I always associate Hanes with cheap stuff so finding a cheap Hanes store doesn't blow me away, as much as it does Barbie who adores when I bring her here, and adores Outlet malls in general. It's cool for the novelty, and I appreciated that element of it. I would say that the best thing about having a Hanes store here is that Hanes is pretty awesome in general so if you're here, pick up some cheap undies like I pick up cheap dates.
