They do not have much of a selection for youth boys, but they have a nice extensive selection for girls. We got a few items that were on sale such as Nike joggers with matching sweat tops and some Nike shirts. The selection of colors were extremely limited. In addition to shopping for my grand baby, I ended purchasing some new Nike workout gear for myself. They have a large selection of workout items for women. Their main attraction, however are the shoes. Their shoe department is huge and it's mainly what customers come for. The overall shopping experience was not bad. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would suggest coming to this place early when the doors first open in order to beat the mad crowd! Especially since it's income tax season, lol!

Their sales associates are knowledgeable about running and the importance of wearing the proper shoes. They will do a free analysis of your feet, stride, etc. using a machine they have to make sure you buy the right type of shoe for YOU. Finally their prices are competitive and they have a rewards program to help lower your purchase price. A month ago, I visited this store to get a new pair of New Balance 860's and was waited on promptly and professionally. They had a good selection of colors and provided excellent customer service. I will continue to do business with Fleet Feet.

The sales rep measured my feet and after a few questions to determine what I needed the shoes for the rep came up with 2 choices for the brand I was looking for Hoka The Clifton 9 and the Bondi 8 The Clifton9 is soft and pillow like feel and the Bondi 8 was a little firmer. I choose the Clifton 9 after trying both on a few times and walking around the store. These will be my work shoes as I stand and walk a lot. The rep recommended these since that is why I was buying shoes. I recommend this place as the rep was helpful and not pushy or in a hurry and answered all my questions and was super helpful. Price was not too bad either as I look as it is an investment in my foot health and comfort.

Donovan went above & beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He definitely knows his stuff about boots & insoles! And love that we get more "bang for our buck" since they give Rodeo volunteers a discount with badge! Saving money is always nice but when it comes with great customer service it makes for a great shopping experience! We will definitely continue to shop this store more often!

From this shopping experience I remembered why I stopped shopping at REI. I am a jack of all…read moretrades so no particular day might be the same for me and that includes my clothing choice. Follow along because this prelude plays a part in my review. On this day the sun was blazing and I had some demo work outside so I am in a long sleeve sun blocker shirt, work jeans with some stains, a pair of steel toe boots and a boonie hat. I researched and saw that this was one of the few places that carried Buff Coolnet UV protection neck gaiters so this was my primary reason going to REI. I walk into the store start looking around and a sales associate pops out of now where and asked if I needed assistance. Harmless enough until I walk to the location that the neck gaiters were at then I hear on the intercom that Mr. ???? is needed in the area that I was in and the phone rang near me. Still Harmless?? I am still looking around next thing I know I see a CUSTOMER (Loss Prevention Specialist) out of the corner of my eye. At this point, you are probably saying to yourself really....Ok, let's continue then. I see some items that I have been looking for which are on sale so I pick up some Thermocell canisters, natural bug spray, a couple of first aid kits, and some other things I do not remember. I thought these would be some good stocking stuffers for friends and family. I move to look at the carabiners and this CUSTOMER slowly moves over in the same area. Now I am like really dude!!! I look around the store three regular customer on the right side of the store looking at kayaks and bike gear, two older regular customers on the left side with three boxes of boots open, two sales associates at the front. I proceed to go to the backpack sale section and as I am looking at the prices and the craftsmanship of the material, this guy is following my every move passing by me twice looking at the items in my hand. At this point, I mentally say Game On! Most Loss Prevention personnel cannot maintain eye contact because they do not want to be detected or their facial expressions tense up (micro expressions) and if the subject that is being followed make erratic moves then it is hard for them to follow a normal pattern of surveillance so every time he proceeded to follow me I did a quick button hook and end up in the same location as I started from but in a closer proximity to him. After about 15 minutes of this cat and mouse, I turn and walk up to him and said, "Look dude, I have no place to be at the moment and I have the time if you still want to play theses games!" He replied, "Sir, I am just shopping". I said, "If you were just shopping you would not have been following me for the past 15 minutes while I shopped and like I said I have the time." He looks at me and walks away as if he is shopping. I reported the incident to the Team Lead Associate at the front desk and they seemed befuddled and said, we do not have Loss Prevention, sir. I described the guy, black polo, khaki cargo shorts, chaco sandals, hairy arms, dirty brown hair and the Team Lead states let me try to find the guy you described. The store is a small REI and the Team Lead leaves and does not return. At this point I am looking at the front door and no one has exited. The other Sales Associate started ringing up my items a bit nervously making small conversation. Once she found my information in the system for REI rewards, she looked up with a normal customer service smile nervously ( she knew what was going on) and gave me my receipt and told me to have a good day. NOW, I remember why I stopped shopping at REI and order most of my outdoor gear from Backcountry.com

I was so excited to find that the Houston Premium Outlets had just opened the high-end line of the…read moreluxury name, Armani. Unfortunately, the customer service at this store is nowhere in line with the service you would receive at a non-outlet Armani boutique. I purchased a weekender bag from this store last week, I was told the bag was 50% off so I went ahead and purchased it. I had not bothered to unwrap the bag until a few days later. When I opened it, I found my receipt and noticed that I was not given the 50% discount but instead something much lower. I called the store and spoke to an associate, I explained to them what had happened and they told me to come back into the store and the issue would be fixed. I went in later that night and I saw the sales associate that had sold me the bag, he immediately recognized me and asked me what was wrong. I told him he rang me up for the incorrect discount and it sounded like he was aware of that but didn't bother to tell me at the time. The so-called 'Supervisor' was there next to him and basically asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I would like to either have the difference returned to my credit card or just return the entire purchase. The so-called 'Supervisor', I wish I could remember his name, basically told me he could do neither because only the General Manager can process returns and or price adjustments. I thought that was the stupidest thing I had ever heard.. EVER. How the hell can only the GM process returns? So why the heck does this guy have the title of 'Supervisor' if he can't help his customers. I am seriously ticked off at this store. I drove all the way from Midtown Houston to Boonies Cypress, TX. They did absolutely nothing to try and help me. Not only will I not be returning to this store, I have written a formal complaint to customer relations.

So I am definitely not a person that wears a suit very often so I have wedding to go to and it will…read moredefinitely be cold the two suits I own are summer this wedding is my little sister in laws she is like the little sister I never had Plus there will be a lot of people there and I want to look good at a decent price this is why I hit the outlet stores Here I got a Two Thousand dollar suit a 225.00 dollar shirt and a tie for only 799.00 bucks plus the tax Still a bit for me as I will hardly ever wear it but like I said I want to look good for a good price and had I spent the same at a department store I'd be getting some cheap stuff not Armani. I would have given 5 stars but they left the security device in the shirt luckily I went into other stores in the outlet there alarm and not drove it all the way home. Had that happen before couple times it sucked.
