That's why we're thankful to Roxana and Fleet Feet at Vintage Park! We've been coming here rhe past few years and we've gotten superb first-class service and last month, with Roxana, was another stellar example of why customer care is so important to a corporation. She was very, very patient as she asked the right questions about our daily routine and found the shoes that best suited our needs. We ended up not wanting to decide between two shoes for my wife and I and went with both selections, two for each and a total of four pairs. Not too often that happens but because of Roxana's wonderful customer care, we knew she valued our business so we spent our hard-earned money with her company that day last month. If you're on your feet like my wife and I, you need to invest in quality footwear and there's no better place I would recommend than Fleet Feet with Roxana being the star associate who makes you feel she and her company values your business! Tell her David & Amy sent you, your family's feet will thank you!

The sales rep measured my feet and after a few questions to determine what I needed the shoes for the rep came up with 2 choices for the brand I was looking for Hoka The Clifton 9 and the Bondi 8 The Clifton9 is soft and pillow like feel and the Bondi 8 was a little firmer. I choose the Clifton 9 after trying both on a few times and walking around the store. These will be my work shoes as I stand and walk a lot. The rep recommended these since that is why I was buying shoes. I recommend this place as the rep was helpful and not pushy or in a hurry and answered all my questions and was super helpful. Price was not too bad either as I look as it is an investment in my foot health and comfort.

This is the Vans at the Cypress outlet mall (Houston Premium Outlets) which is a little cheaper than most other locations. Sometimes I think that some of the products are not really cheaper, but there's a few things that definitely are marked down, and they're more likely to have a big sale. It's still pretty expensive, even when sales are taken into account, but overall if you're looking for some entry-level skate stuff and you don't want to go to a really professional independent skate shop, this works okay. Unfortunately, the customer service at this store is nowhere in line with the service you would receive at a non-outlet Armani boutique. I purchased a weekender bag from this store last week, I was told the bag was 50% off so I went ahead and purchased it. I had not bothered to unwrap the bag until a few days later. When I opened it, I found my receipt and noticed that I was not given the 50% discount but instead something much lower. I called the store and spoke to an associate, I explained to them what had happened and they told me to come back into the store and the issue would be fixed. I went in later that night and I saw the sales associate that had sold me the bag, he immediately recognized me and asked me what was wrong. I told him he rang me up for the incorrect discount and it sounded like he was aware of that but didn't bother to tell me at the time. The so-called 'Supervisor' was there next to him and basically asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I would like to either have the difference returned to my credit card or just return the entire purchase. The so-called 'Supervisor', I wish I could remember his name, basically told me he could do neither because only the General Manager can process returns and or price adjustments. I thought that was the stupidest thing I had ever heard.. EVER. How the hell can only the GM process returns? So why the heck does this guy have the title of 'Supervisor' if he can't help his customers. I am seriously ticked off at this store. I drove all the way from Midtown Houston to Boonies Cypress, TX. They did absolutely nothing to try and help me. Not only will I not be returning to this store, I have written a formal complaint to customer relations.

However, I am a fan of this store, as every time I come here, I buy multiple items. If you're coming here to locate regular Loft merchandise at deep reductions, you won't find them. The styles are not the same. Slacks may be cut slightly differently; shorts are not the same as what you'd find in their retail stores. Move past that, though, and you'll find some great buys -- if you look. I would always come to Loft Outlet looking for work clothes when I was working; now that I've retired I was on the hunt for more casual tops. Found just the styles that I wanted, as they're dressy/casual looking without looking like I am about to paint the house or dig up the garden. Prices are excellent, too. Search in the clearance section for items that are out of season (sweaters during the summer, for instance) and you can find some TRUE deals. Sales staff is always very helpful, particularly if you're looking for an item in your size that's not on the floor. Don't be afraid to ask, as I was informed that there is additional stock available -- so don't assume if it's not out, it's not available. You may just hit the jackpot!

I like most have to have "work clothes" and finding good quality suits, and business attire, can break the bank. I had heard about the Ann Taylor outlet out in Cypress, and decided to head out there for some shopping, and savings. I was super excited to find out that during the Labor Day sale they had 60 percent off certain things, and 40 percent off the entire store. I bought two pair of their classic wide legged slacks, some cute cardigans, a great tweed shift dress, classic blue and white pinstriped shirt, earrings, a hounds tooth scarf, and dark green satin shirt, total cost -under $300. In any regular Ann Taylor store, you would have only gotten about three of those items. Great deals, great selection of regular and petite sizes, and some great fall clothes. Well worth the drive.

Like did he think we'd run out of the store with them? He didn't even know where the shoes were on display on the shelf, I had to point them out to him. After he got us the ONE shoe, he went back to chatting with his co-worker. We browsed for several minutes to find another pair and not once did anyone approach us to help look for another style or make suggestions on styles. Once we decided to just return them since the fit was too narrow, I went up to the register and it was a joke. The sales boy just waited around until I spoke up and asked if I may return the shoes. As if me standing in front of him with the very shoes I walked in with and the receipt in hand didn't clue him in. He then explained the sales girl next to him at the register had to do it. She was busy counting the cash and didn't even bother looking at me or saying she'd be right with me (like a normal salesperson would greet a customer). Oh I didn't mention there was also another sales girl behind the register who just stared blankly at me, didn't even ask if I needed help and turned and walked to the back of the store. So weird. After waiting several minutes, I decided to leave and make my return at the galleria location where I originally made the purchase. At least there the sales people were more courteous and seemed to have a brain. Needless to say, Will NOT be coming back.
