I went in after reading reviews and was honestly so nervous, but the service was incredible. From the moment we came in, the employees were friendly. Unfortunately, they don't carry tall in store, but that was not a problem at all because a sales associate helped me to find appropriate bundles (mind you it was chaotic because I was with 5 boys under the age of 11) and he remained to patient. The fitting rooms were closed when I went as they often seem to be when I make a trip in. I was asking the employee in the back some questions about sizing since I couldn't try things on, and they seemed annoyed that I dared to bother them by asking a question. Even my mom was like "wow that lady was super rude to you." By the time I got to the counter I was frustrated and the worker up there wasn't the friendliest but at least wasn't rude and at least she told me what people do is buy stuff there and then go in another store to try on and return what doesn't fit. But I decided to cancel my membership because what is the point of an in person store if you can't try things on and employees are rude to you. No one cares Im sure haha but Lululemon and Athleta are in the same mall and have way nicer employees and I have never encountered a closed fitting room at either. read more

This store is ridiculous. Purchased leggings for wife for Christmas. The manager assured me there would be no problem returning or exchange of the leggings. My wife did not like fabric and fit. We brought them back and the girl behind the counter put them in as a store credit, which was never discussed. Came to the store and returned them for a refund and get money back on my card. That was a huge problem because of store credit policy. Why not make it an easier way to get your money back. The end up is even more frustrating now we have to call a 800 and waste more time. They have lost a customer forever and anyone I ever talk to . The girl at the counter was not so helpful and the assistant manager Stephanie was worse . Between both neither one offered a feasible explanation. I hope anyone who sees this, thinks twice, if they ever want to deal with a store who really makes excuses to keep your money and forces you to get a store credit . I went in this past Sunday to shop and ended up getting a couple pairs of leggings. I'm pretty self-sufficient but no one offered to help me. Instead while I was putting the leggings back that I tried on and didnt want (I worked in retail for years so hung them back up nicely to save someone from having to clean up after me), the girl in the back huffed at me and said abrubtly to leave the go-backs with her. I went to check out and as I was I noticed the underwear I asked if those are the ones that help with showing lines in the leggings cause I needed some of those. And she replied that she didn't know, maybe some of them were, and kept ringing. Still love the Fabletics clothes but was kind of a negative/awkward experience shopping there. read more

Wow Just wow. This may be the biggest waste of retail space in all of Illinois. The two " employees" added zero value to the store. One sat on her butt behind the counter and was bothered she had to look up from her Facebook trolling. The other was in the back hating life and attempting to put things away. i had made a purchase online for 2 for $24 and they had cancelled my orders and i never received an email or text or call anything, stating my orders were cancelled, the also cancelled my account without my permition, spoke to a manger and he promise i was going to get a credit or coupon in my email the next day i never recieved it and i call again today and they tell me he declined me from getting any coupon after all of that happened. never got my refound back as well! this is the second and last time they do this! read more

I stopped in here to try on their leggings. I usually buy cheep workout clothes but I wanted to try this place. I am always skeptical about ordering things offline, and then having to return... ugh. BUT I stopped in and Lauren helped me. I told her what I like and she gave me so many options. I decided on two leggings and also decided to become a member. Lauren educated me on the membership and I was super surprised at how easy it was. Lauren was super friendly and so easy to work with. She really listened to me and found exactly what I wanted. She was super educated on all the items in the store. I am really happy with the quality of the leggings. You can't see through them. I got a print pair and a black pair. I am a first time purchaser and last. I purchased a pair of lined shorts. The sales person needed to get my size. When I got home I realized she had put unlined shorts in the bag. I drove back to the store to exchange them for the lined shorts. The fit was not the best the waist was too high so I returned them the next week with the sale receipt. I was told they would not issue a refund only store credit since I had exchanged them the week prior. I paid cash and expected a cash refund. Clearly the products are not designed for me so I didn't think a store credit was good. If policy is no refund only store credit I will never spend another cent in this store. I even called customer service and they were less helpful. $32.42 not refunded and I have shorts that don't fit ant can't be used . Bad service in store and on the phone bad policies. I went into this location to find some leggings for my girlfriend. The treatment I received from the workers at this store was absolutely disgusting. It's sad that their has been no change from the workers, even after all the negative reviews left by people. I typically do not leave reviews but I had to because this location has so many terrible reviews. I should preface this with the fact that I am a Fabletics member. It is visibly marketed on the website that this is a subscription service - It is not falsely advertised. I saw all of these reviews and almost didn't go but I'm so glad I did! All of the girls I dealt with were so helpful, asked me about sizing, started my a dressing room while I continued to shop, and honored the sale that was happening on Fabletics.com. Make sure you clarify what you're going to be charged. I was not aware that I was being signed up or charged as a member, since I was only going there to exchange a gift. Exchange took forever and then without any warning from the worker my card was charged a $50 membership fee? Weird place and the quality is not that great for what you're paying. I reiterate what Michael B said below. I went to the Oakbrook store yesterday because I didn't want to chance signing up online without trying a pair. I went in and really attempted to strike up a rapport with the person who was "helping me". I told her I was new to the brand. Well.....Have you ever felt like you just need to keep apologizing to the sales assistant?! I don't know her name but if that is the face of the brand than I am shocked! I expected hard-sell on the membership, she never even mentioned the membership! As I was purchasing my leggings at the full price, I noticed a sign saying free sports bra with leggings. I asked her and she reluctantly shuffled over to the bras part and basically pointed and said these ones. I tried to talk to her about the size and she basically said all we don't have those. I haphazardly just picked out any bra I could just to get the hell out of there. I left instantly wanting to return my purchase and The only thing that stopped me is that I said I would wait a couple of days but agent have to go back to her again. She never even put a receipt in the bag! She was totally disinterested. The thing is,I tried the leggings on at home and I really like them. I still think I would like to sign up online but I am a person that likes to go in and try on clothes. I thought I didn't like to be bothered a lot by sales assistants but after yesterday I realized that at least a little bit of effort goes a long way. There was another girl working in the store and she seemed really helpful and nice and when she was helping another customer at least she chatted with me but the individual I got, like I said I don't know her name but she looked younger and a little chunky and said she had been working there since March, was the most unenthusiastic excuse for a sales assistant I have ever come across in my life. I usually use yelp to post positive positive reviews and to commend great service and this is the first negative review I have written in a long time. The one star is for the fit of the leggings. The store and service should get zero stars. I paid full price and now will probably go online and sign up so I can get the cheaper offers but I'm a little confused and have to call customer service to get them to explain to me how it works because I didn't even bother asking her in the store. She didn't want to know. She just wanted me out of there as fast as could be so she could go back to looking at her phone. Make sure to look at your receipt because when I tell you that you got a discount they actually don't include it.I caught it and ask them to credit me right away and then all of a sudden the said they couldn't because the credit card transaction was pending. I went to this store to exchange a pair of leggings my husband bought me. After reading the reviews here, I wasn't expecting much interaction from the employees. All three of the ladies working were extremely helpful. They gave me information on the different compression fits and whether I should go up or down in a specific style. I was set up with my selections in a fitting room and was checked on and offered different sizes if I needed them. I'll definitely be going back. read more

I had to make a return after Christmas. I went into the store and it took them 15 minutes to figure out how to do a return. After they finally figured it out they told me I had to make a purchase in order to complete the return. Two weeks later, there was a $50 charge on my card because the cashier unwillingly signed me up as a member. I did not sign or consent to anything nor was I made aware that I would be charged $50 a month. I found this to be very sneaky and scam like. I love fabletics leggings. I received them for christmas and loved them. I went in for my first time to get the 2 for $24 deal with a friend. we got dirty looks as soon as we walked in. we were excited to try them on. we took a little longer to pick out which ones we wanted. the workers looked extremely annoyed. we finally get a fitting room and are trying them on. we picked out the ones we liked and are about to go to the register. and my friend is 17 and I am 18. she gets to the register and asks if she can have the deal. she immediately asks for her ID to see if she was 18, me and my friend has no idea she had to be 18 to sign up which was our fault. she told her she wasn't 18 and that she was sorry because we had spent so much time in there for nothing now. I didn't realize I had forgotten my ID, which is also my fault. the lady at the register immediately rolled her eyes at us. we told them we were sorry and that we had no idea. we walked out and we had decided we were just going to order them online, but we had forgotten to take pictures of the leggings, so we walked back in and asked if we could take pictures of the tags to buy them online. she 2 ladies that had our leggings once again rolled her eyes at us. the lady kept repeating over and over to my friend that if she signed up the membership would be canceled after my friend had already told her that her mom was going to order them for her. overall a terrible experience and very disappointed read more

I am sorry I usually don't write reviews, but this one I just had to. Do not buy from this company or brand online. Their advertising is very misleading and should be looked at for false advertising. I purchased an outfit from them online, but somehow I got into a VIP member category, that charges your credit card automatically every month if you do not order from them. And if you want to cancel you have to log into the website every month to say "not this month" otherwise they will automatically charge your account. This is such a shame because I really liked the items I purchased, but I just don't need exercise wear every month, and all I wanted was that one outfit. I love purchasing online and I am really big on creative marketing but this one is really taking advantage of people without them knowing, and your work ethics and marketing tactics really turned me off. Sad because it has Kate Hudson's name on it. Be very cautious when purchasing online from them. read more
