Eric from Profab did a wonderful job cleaning my white sofa. He arrived 15 minutes early, was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. My sofa looks amazing, and I was impressed by the care and attention to detail he provided throughout the cleaning process. I highly recommend Eric and the Profab team to anyone looking for quality upholstery cleaning. Their professionalism and expertise truly set them apart. Thank you for a job exceptionally well done! read more

Richie was wonderful!! What great customer service and wow our white sofas look brand new! Would highly suggest using Fab-Pro.

Eric, Ryan and Jake did an amazing job cleaning my drapes. They were on time, very efficient and extremely polite. The did such a wonderful job that the drapes look as good as new. The cost was exactly what we expected based upon the estimate from the square footage we provided. I would highly recommend Fab-Pro ! read more

Eric and the Fab-Pro team did a great job on the slip covers of our dining room chairs. Aside from being on time, the whole crew was courteous, friendly and dedicated to getting rid of the tough stains with recommendations for future care. I felt the cost was very fair. After the initial cleaning I notice a couple "hidden spots" that were not super obvious but annoying nevertheless. I asked them if they could return to hit those spots and they politely accommodated my request, a sign of their dedication to customer service which we really appreciated. I will gladly use them again and happily refer them to others. The covers look really good again, thank you! read more

I highly recommend having them give you an estimate before they start your job. I didn't and after 2 hours with three guys they charged me $7,000. It's hard for me to believe that an outfit like this can keep clients. I will no longer be one. The job was well done but for value I suggest you find someone else. read more

Fab Pro is a stellar choice with any cleanup needed, whether it be carpet or furniture. The family business takes pride in their knowledge of removing stains. They are courteous, efficient and always have a great attitude. I am so grateful to everyone at FabPro to keep my home looking fresh and clean. read more

The initial team assigned to clean my large rug and sectional sofa, did not even move the sofa off the rug to clean the entire rug. They also did not even bother to clean the sides of the selection sofa, they left dirt and untreated parts everywhere. I had to call and request someone come back out to actually finish the job properly. And even the second time, I was shock to find out later when moving that yet again they had not bother to clean all areas, and they said the used some protective solution to stop marks and such from staining, LIES! And now there is yellowing of the base of my sofa which I will need to have properly done by a company that actually does real quality work, oh and what I was charged for this poor work is INSANE! read more

Steve and his team arrived early and ready to go! Steve was like a walking ball of positive energy, like a golden retriever on steroids, a proper lovely gent! He explained how the stain guard they applied to our new sofa worked, and how they even give a warranty to go with it so if a stain does not come out, they'll come back and take care of it! Wonderful company, top top class. read more

The best carpet cleaners I have ever used. My carpets look fabulous. Not too wet either. They were fast and so nice. Will definitely use them again. And for me very reasonable. I have paid much more for terrible jobs. read more

Rarely leave reviews but these guys are the equivalent of medical doctors for fabrics. You know someone honed their craft and is passionate about it when they can explain the science behind stain removal and get the job done efficiently. Sharp, enthusiastic and authorities on stain removal. If you think you've got a hopeless situation or due for cleaning, don't think twice, call and ask for Rich at FabPro. read more

I've had three experiences with Fab-Pro and they've all been excellent! Starting with their customer service in scheduling through to the cleaning visit, I am always pleased. Richie and his team always arrive as scheduled, have a wonderful attitude, use foot covers in the house, and get the job done! This time it was one couch, three chairs, and a small runner. This company behaves like PROS... read more

Fab-Pro was recommended to me by my designer and they did not disappoint. I received my sofa and ottomans yesterday and they were out today treating it for me! We have a 6 year old son and 2 dogs so we needed to get this protected ASAP. The team of 3 showed up on time and were so friendly. They got to work quickly and explained tons to me about their business, the product and what to do if we have an accident. I very highly recommend this business. read more

Robert, our cleaner, did a great job! The rugs and carpet look like new and they dried in 24 hours as he said they would. He also was responsive to our followup questions. We expect to make the cleaning an annual event with Fab-Pro. read more

The team that came out to our house was absolutely fantastic! We worked with Richard, he was very knowledgeable and even talked us out of an additional service we thought we needed. His team got our DWR leather sofa looking great, and stains out of some Eames chairs our kids got food on. They were knowledgeable, experienced, on-time, honest and trustworthy. Would 100% recommend them and will for sure use their service next time. read more

Just to let you all know, you could practically buy new furniture for what they charge to clean it

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COMPANY Firstly it is a family owned company. And you can tell that they care very much about their work. They arrived with foot covers over their socks, and removed their shoes upon entry (even though I had a hardwood floor) Their rates are very competitive. Their work is flawless. The warranty is for the life of the item. And very soon after getting my couch treated, I had a guest that got a tiny spot of chocolate on the couch. I tried to get it out, but it spread. I did not know about oil stains... I called, next business day, they had somebody out here that treated it three times until it had completely disappeared. They stand by their work, as promised. I though the FAB was for fabric, but for me they are FABULOUS PRO Amazing company, great crew. I highly recommend. read more

We purchased our couches a year ago and called the company to see who they recommended for a cleaning, glad it was FabPro! Great service, easy to communicate with, friendly, and efficient!!! First off, we live in the San Fernando Valley and this company is located in Orange County, so 5 stars for making the drive out to us for an 8am appointment and arriving on time! Secondly, we were given a reasonable price, and I appreciated their honesty of what we requested vs. what they recommended. We did a cleaning/wash and they removed the peeling that was coming up on some cushions. Will definitely use this company again for cleaning-- and we need to treat our sofa before our little one starts walking. read more

They got a big coffee stain out of a fabric chair and put their stain guard on 5 pieces of furniture in about 30 minutes. All of it was like new! No discoloration at all from the stain guard even on a beige couch. read more

I was mortified this morning when I went to go mix a pre-workout drink (red power in water) and accidentally shook the container and found the top was not fully attached. I had red droplets on my (1 year) new white linen chair!!! The stain removal liquid given to me by Fab-Pro after they sprayed all of my furniture once delivered by Blackband Design (Irvine) in Feb 2016 didn't do a thing... I was immediately on the phone to Fab-Pro. I am SO IMPRESSED. They had two technicians (Paul and Eric) at my house in about 90 minutes. They worked away diligently on the spots and low and behold they completely disappeared! It doesn't get much better than that. Yes, when I initially had Fab-Pro treat all of my furniture/fabrics....I thought it seemed expensive, but NOT ANYMORE. VERY worth every investment penny! :-) read more

I needed a stain-proofing treatment and a stain removal service on a white sofa and chair, and these guys did an amazing job. They are knowledgable, professional, and helpful. They even included a bottle of free spot cleaner and taught me how to properly treat stains. They also went above and beyond getting a tough stain out of my couch (which, if I'd treated it correctly the first time, wouldn't have even existed). They did the stain-resistant treatment super fast, and it also only needs a couple of hours to set (unlike some "scotch-guard" treatments that take 24 hours). Would never use anyone else. read more

They did great job! Our old couch and carpet look good as new. The thing that we really liked was that when after you finished cleaning, you reorganized everything! read more

What a terrific team!  Duke, Larry and Adam were so polite, friendly and efficient.  Five years ago I had a couch recovered in white... what was I thinking!!! The upholstery company suggested putting on a protective spray with Fab-Pro. After five years, the couch actually looked really good for the use it's had, but there were a few spots and stains that you could barely see. What a surprise when I saw the dirty water that came out of the process....Yikes!!!  I was really shocked, and the spots/stains are gone. Renee (who was also so cheerful and informative!) explained that the original treatment will last through several cleanings. I highly recommend this company!! I'll be using them again!!! read more

I want to know why Yelp removed my Review????????????? I will post this again, I believe that when you get good service others should know about this company, Thank you again FAB-PRO .......****Here is my original post**** ........ Dated 6/8/2013 My Interior Designer said I must call FABPRO for all of my fabric protection on my new furniture and cleaning for the furnishings I already have, I didn't really understand why the must use FABPRO until I did. I am extrememly happy with the gracious customer service not only on the phone but in person. The technichians that were at my home were so informative not only with the product that they used, but informed me how to maintain the types of fabrics I have. I would recommend them to my family & friends. It is nice to know that there is still great customer service out there. THANK YOU FABPRO :) read more

Disaster! Worse than before the "cleaning" Fab-Pro staff ruined our cream colored L shaped sectional couch from Kreiss. I'm sure the owners of Fab-Pro are nice, but whoever they hired to clean our couch was not properly trained. They were lazy and their short cuts caused permanent rust stains on our couch. I called Kreiss to get a recommendation to have our couch cleaned, since we paid top dollar for our couch the cushions contain feathers we wanted to hire a reputable company. Kreiss said to call Fab-Pro. When Fab-Pro's people came, they cleaned the couch with a machine and left the cushions wet. Days later I noticed many new stains, some rust colored and some reddish brown. I zipped open the cushions and found the fabric staples inside had rusted badly and the rust stained the cushions. Not only that I saw a tag that rated the couch not to be wet. The brown stains that soaked through were obviously from the darker feathers. I was appalled that these "pros" didn't follow the tags instructions. I do NOT recommend this company. read more

If anyone can get a stain out -- it is this team. They are thoughtful, educated, and care. Over many years I have worked with them on general cleaning of rugs and furniture and special issues when my dog is having a problem. We had an accident this week - a florescent yellow spot on my silk and wool rug. It now looks great. What I like best is that they tell you what they can not do too. Great communicators and great work!! Thank you. read more

FabPro is amazing!!!! Love them. For years they have helped me get stains out of furniture from big slobbery dogs and kids. They are professional , on time and have great products. They even were able to get out pepper spray on furniture (we were burglarized and my dog chased the bad guys all over the house). FabPro is a truly wonderful company with a great team of employees. I highly recommend them! read more

Fab-Pro is hands down the best carpet and furniture cleaning service I have ever used, and I've done my share of cleaning from do-it-yourself machine rentals to trying other professional services. After a year and a half of my two large dogs doing everything in their power to wipe all of their dog oils all over my living room furniture and area rug, my living room was looking and smelling, well...disgusting. In two and half hours, Richie, Will and Duke from Fab-Pro not only had everything looking completely brand new, they also had it SMELLING brand new, which is a feat of nature considering how nasty my dogs had made things. Like I said, I've tried myself and I've had other professional companies try to remove the dog nastiness from my furniture and area rugs, but no one could get it looking even halfway new. I don't know what Fab-Pro does that works so well, and to be completely honest I don't really even care, I'm just thrilled that it works. As if my dogs weren't enough, I have a 1 and 2 year old who are really into throwing things...like their food. Have you ever tried to remove peanut butter and lip gloss from a cloth kitchen stool? I don't recommend it unless you like not succeeding. But again, Fab-Pro came to the rescue and made the stools and chairs look beautiful. On top of doing an A+ job of what I paid them for, these guys are quick, clean, extremely friendly professionals. I highly recommend Fab-Pro for all of your furniture and carpet cleaning needs. read more

I was referred to fabpro by my interior designer after I had rebuilt my house and bought nice, new furniture. My designer Annette Eason, suggested I use fabpro because they are the designers choice for fine fabrics. She's totally right. I hire fabpro to clean my couch once a year and they do an excellent job. I think they charge a reasonable rate, have excellent customer service and very quick turnaround time. I recently had them clean my couch for the third time and work was done the day after I called to make the appt. I have two kids, 6 and 3, who use the couch as a trampoline and napkin so it gets dirty fast. I bought a special fabric that resists stains but even so it still gets messy. These fabpro guys come in, clean the couch in less time than it takes me to read the sports section of the LA times and leave me with a like new, clean smelling couch. Great job guys. read more

I was referred to Fab Pro by our office interior designer. Wow...she referred an amazing company. We had about 30 office chairs cleaned and I expected to be in the office for an extra 4 hours. They took only 2 hours and the chairs look brand new. The chairs have an orange bottom and were filty. Now they are so clean and so new looking. I will definitely have them come back if we need anything else. read more

Fab-pro were referred to us from Kreiss furniture, made an appt. and Ritchie and his partner drove over from Orange county to our home in La Quinta. They did an AWESOME JOB, Brought our old Kreiss white linen sectional back to life and almost looks like new. We were actually considering trashing it and decided to give Fab-pro a shot with it, im sure we can get another 5-7 years out of it. These guys do High-end work. Well worth the price, and would definitely use FAB-PRO again. Craig W. read more

Fab-Pro cleaned and stain treated my white carpets three years ago. We have a large dog and three cats who are highly active and we work at home with clients so there is a lot of traffic. Since first using Fab-Pro we have called upon them numerous times to spot clean the carpets after an animal mishap - everything from vomit to dirt tracking in to the house after a doggy play group. Each time, the Fab-Pro team has come out, cleaned the carpet perfectly with either no charge or a minimal charge. Today, for example, Steve and Duke arrived about 45 minutes after I called to ask for service because our dog tracked up the white carpet when he ran in from our yard with muddy paws. They cleaned the whole carpet to assure that it would look great and did not charge me for the service. What a great service and such a phenomenal job! read more

I have been using Fab-Pro for a few years now but most recently for a disaster of red wine strewn across white linen drapes, my off-white sofa and designer pillows. Both Larry and Duke came out as a team and was able to remove 99% of the damage. I am completely blown away by how professional and efficient they were and I am thrilled with the results! I then had them clean puppy urine spots on the linen drapes and filthy chair upholstery (thanks to kids!) and everything came out perfect! I have also used Fab Pro to clean my carpets and they came out like new. I highly recommend Fab Pro for cleaning of all upholstery, fabrics and carpets. They are professional, friendly, excellent results and their pricing is extremely reasonable! read more
