Because of…read morethe bad winter this year, i had a ice dam that formed which caused one of my gutters to bend and almost start coming down. I tried to call Fernando a few times, emailed, left voicemails and finally he picked up and said we can come by on a Friday and fix it for you and i was fine if there was a fee associated with. Friday came along and they were a no show, i called Saturday, Sunday, Monday and no one has been picking up. Eventually i had to find someone else to fix it. You would think you would help out existing customers but i guess not. I will not be recommending them anymore due to the poor communication. Fernando and team was awesome. They came early, checked in and discussed what was going to be done. I was also able to addon the leaf gaurds at the moment.
