The first bat we tried appeared to be in good shape, but it unfortunately had some sort of issue and it just didn't have any pop left in it. We brought it back and they took it back with zero hassle. We traded for the other one we were looking at and it worked just fine. Friendly service, a warranty that they stand behind, and really fair prices for their used gear. Sports equipment isn't cheap, and kids grow quickly, so I can't recommend a place Play it Again enough. :) We'll be back, and you should as well.

Odd bc that's not normally the case with a business line. The hours of operation listed on the companies website and front door states that they should be open until 7 PM M-F. I think it is very unprofessional to not have the basics of communication like a voicemail set up or anything that you're closed. I went from thinking my swing was "fine" while struggling through terrible rounds, to actually feeling confident on the course--and even beating my friends now . Danny took the time to start with the fundamentals and rebuilt my swing the right way. He corrected my grip, stance, and overall swing mechanics, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand and apply. In only two lessons, I learned the core skills for both my irons and driver, which completely changed my game. I'd say I went from beginner (borderline horrible!) to a solid intermediate in a very short time. I'm incredibly grateful for the instruction. I'll be practicing the drills Danny taught me and will definitely be back when I'm ready to take my game to the next level.
