The good reviews are fake as well, they have you scan a QR code after pick up when all you've dealt with are the pickup movers (who were great) and hope that you don't change it later. Also took 6 weeks to get my belongings so don't forget anything you may need for up to 6 weeks once you move.

Charm City Movers was professional from start to finish. I completed a Moving Quote Request on a Saturday, and they called me on Monday with some questions. Andrew was very friendly and professional. My move included moving furniture from White Marsh to Mount Washington, with a stop in Timonium to drop off and pick up more items. A three stop move with lots of stairs at each location was quoted at $750. This was reasonable since I had anticipated spending about $1,000. Their window for a Friday move date was between 10-12. They called when they were about 20 minutes away and met me promptly at 10 AM. Four guys in a huge truck arrived and got right to work. Within half an hour we were on our way to the second stop to drop off a bed and retrieve the rest of the furniture. Off we went to the third and final stop to unload everything. I was nervous about large items fitting up a narrow stairwell, but the guys assured me that if I had measured right, they would have it all fitting in the apartment in no time. That they did. When everything was unloaded, the driver went over the listed items and made sure everything on the list had been moved and put in the apartment. The price quoted was the price I paid, and they were done in exactly two hours.
