Oscar scheduled us in quickly for a free estimate and came right on time. He was able to root cause the issue and took care of the repair on the spot. During the job, he made sure to protect the floor and furniture, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up after. Not only did he fix the problem we called about, but he went above and beyond by addressing some issues we didn't even notice. We also mentioned we were interested in replacing one of our toilets soon and Oscar provided suggestions without any pressure. He checked that everything was working properly before leaving and said he's available for any follow ups. The whole experience felt professional and friendly. They are a local family-owned business and it shows in their bespoke service. As someone who is not so handy, I really appreciated Oscar's honesty and the time he took to explain everything. We now have a plumber we can rely on. I can't recommend them enough!

They'll take the time to correctly diagnose and think through everything on how to solve the issue compared to other guys where it felt like they were just trying to push high priced maintenance type activities when it wasn't clear what those services would even solve. Not to mention these guys have some of the best pricing around and just seem like super honest down to earth folks. I can't recommend them highly enough for any plumbing related needs. Of the FOUR different plumbers I had come out to do an estimate/give me an opinion on the work that needed done, I choose Benny (and you should too!). 3 of the other plumbers who came out also had 5 stars on yelp too (1 was a referral from my home warranty company). Benny was just so honest and got right to business. It was very easy for me to choose him to complete the work. He was easy to talk to and I didn't feel like he was "selling" me anything I didn't need. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Walked me through the entire process and kept me informed along the way. He cleaned up after himself and his crew (AND after the other plumbers before him who left behind items). He worked quickly and efficiently and he was pleasant to talk to. And his pricing was very competitive too! As a bonus, he also fixed another leak he found and he checked my main to make sure things were okay. He offers a great warranty on his work (but I honestly do not think anyone ever uses it). He's that good. If you are reading this, just call him. You won't be sorry.

His work is top notch and he is never looking to rip off his clients. He's honest about pricing, when he's going to show up, and always shows us the work he is doing or did to fix the problem. For instance, today he had to snake a very difficult sewer line that was completely clogged from wet wipes (which by the way are NOT flushable even when they say they are). He told me exactly when he would be here and showed up on time as promised. He worked for 3 hours to fix my problem, and then showed me the video in real time of what was causing the blockage. And finally he charged me an appropriate amount for the job done... never ever do you have to negotiate on this as he is being fair. His son Koko works with him and is also incredible! Both of them wear covers on their feet when entering the home, and are highly skilled. Couldn't recommend them more!
