I never pawned or sold an item but the environment here is warmer, and you get a sense that this business doesn't exploit people in need but rather provides a legitimate service. The staff, particularly Ryan, is incredibly patient. Pawn shops are transactional and businesses but they are not all exploitive. They also sell some collectible items on consignment. We were not looking for anything in particular so it was no big deal, but that's not a good way to treat customers.
