I called to inquire and the in house gemologist was working that day. She said to swing on by and she would do a cleaning and approximation evaluation free of charge. I was really happy with my service and how I was treated by all of the staff in the store. They have a lot of very beautiful pieces and I hope one day to get a cross necklace or a ring from them.
