With a smile, he instantly asked me what he could do for me and I asked him if he had 4, 1 oz Eagles in stock. He apologized since he didn't have any at the moment, but he said he'd be able to get me some by tomorrow afternoon, which I thought was incredible responsiveness to a customers need. He allowed me to lock in the spot + premium at that moment, which I also really appreciated, and I thought the premium of $50 over spot for gold was extremely generous. I came in today to pick up and he said he was only able to get 3, 1 oz Eagles but he kept his word and offered to replace the last Eagle with 4, 1/4 oz eagles at no additional price increase even though fractional usually carries a lot higher of a premium. Absolutely incredible customer service from this place. I'll definitely be coming back for all my numismatic needs.

They're employees don't call me, but somehow put it into the system that they talked to me. So when I don't show up, they release my items to the floor. THE FLOOR!!! All due to an employee lying and not doing their job. Well, employees', as it's happened more than once. Unfortunately. But, if you're not doing a loan and just buying and selling, they are great. They are friendly and helpful, most of them. Maria is bilingual over there, so she gets all the Spanish speaking customers and regular ones during her free time. (Wild to have that attitude while trying to rip folks off) I saw their jewelry prices and off the bat I knew what they were about! Horrible. I went to the next spot and they offered me 87% of the value of my gold in cash!!!! They also had awesome jewelry prices and pieces that are just great! I have been to almost every and any jeweler from Lehi to Ogden and none are as shady as this spot. Literally any place other than this joint is better.
