I love this place. I go here all the time and do business. Wether I'm selling items from my side…read morebusiness or buying, I come here. The only problem I have had are due to loans. They're employees don't call me, but somehow put it into the system that they talked to me. So when I don't show up, they release my items to the floor. THE FLOOR!!! All due to an employee lying and not doing their job. Well, employees', as it's happened more than once. Unfortunately. But, if you're not doing a loan and just buying and selling, they are great. They are friendly and helpful, most of them. Maria is bilingual over there, so she gets all the Spanish speaking customers and regular ones during her free time. I can't remember her name, but she's semi-new. She helped me pick out my new ring, which I LOOOOVE! And the blonde hair gentleman, long/ medium length blonde hair. He is WONDERFUL. They charged me double my loan plus interest and when I commented that I would never come back, he threatened to not give me back my item that I was there to pay off. When I asked to stop arguing with me, he continued to hound me and tell me that I wasnt good at negotiating. I finally was able to get my item back and pay and when walking out, he continued to argue and make rude comments to me.
