The owner/manager talked to me with such disrespect and kept demanding from me to negotiate what I felt that I wanted to pay on my item that I took a small loan on. They charged me double my loan plus interest and when I commented that I would never come back, he threatened to not give me back my item that I was there to pay off. When I asked to stop arguing with me, he continued to hound me and tell me that I wasnt good at negotiating. I finally was able to get my item back and pay and when walking out, he continued to argue and make rude comments to me. It was the most disrespectful interaction I have ever experienced from a business account and to top it all off, there was customers watching this all go down and was very embarrassing for me. If you want to get ripped off or treated like crap, then go to this pawn shop, but if your looking to be treated with respect and fair pricing and honesty, go anywhere but here!
