Got a pawn on my iPad at this location for a medical emergency and I logged out of my iCloud account with the woman associate before she closed my iPad case and gave me my ticket. Fast forward to not even 2 weeks later when I went to redeem my item and when I got home and turned it on for the first time after picking it up my iPad was restored to factory settings. I contacted the store immediately after turning it on, before I even had to set it back up again, and the manager accused and stated that I was lying and refused to take accountability for his business or employees not following their business standards. He then disrespected me even further by saying if I "got an official letterhead from Apple stating it was restored while in their possession" he would return the $20 interest I paid. $20 DOESNT RESTORE OR MAKE UP FOR EVERYTHING THEY LOST/COST ME. I unfortunately did not have any backups available so I lost pictures of my kids, purchases, journals, planners, etc. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR POSSESSIONS. They have been reported to the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC) and I will make sure the owner is held responsible.

After being treated so poorly at one store of bargaining back and fourth and trying to be pressured to buy something I went to another one where the lady could have cared less of what I was looking for. Jay truly made my experience unforgettable and his customer service was outstanding! This was one of our stops last Saturday morning. We felt very turned off by the employees and how they treated us. The first girl who greeted us could not stop texting her boyfriend on her cell phone, while sitting in front of us... Then, she interrupted us and passed us off to another lady, explaining that her food had just arrived. We were abruptly "handed off," so she could conveniently take a lunch break mid-conversation with customers. The next lady may have treated us worse. She was a bad comedian, I suppose, as her jokes were extremely offensive & personally insulting... It may have been awkward humor or overly-sarcastic, but she was the only one amused. Terrible experience. We won't be visiting again... ever.
