I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the way I was spoken to was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. When I questioned why I was being treated that way, I was then told I was being disrespectful, which made the situation even worse. One bad employee can ruin an entire business experience, and unfortunately that's what happened here. Based on how I was treated, I would seriously question the authenticity of any glowing reviews. Got a pawn on my iPad at this location for a medical emergency and I logged out of my iCloud account with the woman associate before she closed my iPad case and gave me my ticket. Fast forward to not even 2 weeks later when I went to redeem my item and when I got home and turned it on for the first time after picking it up my iPad was restored to factory settings. I contacted the store immediately after turning it on, before I even had to set it back up again, and the manager accused and stated that I was lying and refused to take accountability for his business or employees not following their business standards. He then disrespected me even further by saying if I "got an official letterhead from Apple stating it was restored while in their possession" he would return the $20 interest I paid. $20 DOESNT RESTORE OR MAKE UP FOR EVERYTHING THEY LOST/COST ME. They scammed my dad twice first time he didn't say anything they gave him a prize for a ring and…read moreended up telling him he owed more than what was first agreed. Then he was on a payment plan for a different item and when he went to make his installment they told him that purchase was no longer valid and that the item had been placed back on the shelf for purchase since he was trying to pay 3 days after. He then let them know he made a payment on the 14th at another store and asked why at that time this was not communicated. He said that the employee stated there was nothing she could do and that he had lost his money and the purchase. He said that the woman told him she saw that they somehow reactivated the purchase but when consulting with the sister store we were told otherwise. My father was not given the option to get that money refunded or continue paying on the item. Will report this company for their bad service and misleading information. He is apparently not the only one that fell victim to this staff. I suggest anyone else that has had an issue reports this and brings these things out to light so that other people don't continue to get scammed. What sucks is that my dad really trusted these people. What's more concerning is that they are known to do this by other employees within the company. Estafaron a mi papá dos veces.
