The security guard walked in after me. No one greeted me terrible so I go to Heritage jewelry and loan these guys were awesome. I had two rings. The gentleman explained to me why someone would be skeptical to deal with them. I get that but the treatment of US coins wasn't cool. These guys at heritage jewelry are awesome and the most important thing is they found a way to say yes I'll recommend this place to anybody.

They scammed my dad twice first time he didn't say anything they gave him a prize for a ring and…read moreended up telling him he owed more than what was first agreed. Then he was on a payment plan for a different item and when he went to make his installment they told him that purchase was no longer valid and that the item had been placed back on the shelf for purchase since he was trying to pay 3 days after. He then let them know he made a payment on the 14th at another store and asked why at that time this was not communicated. He said that the employee stated there was nothing she could do and that he had lost his money and the purchase. He said that the woman told him she saw that they somehow reactivated the purchase but when consulting with the sister store we were told otherwise. My father was not given the option to get that money refunded or continue paying on the item. Will report this company for their bad service and misleading information. He is apparently not the only one that fell victim to this staff. I suggest anyone else that has had an issue reports this and brings these things out to light so that other people don't continue to get scammed. What sucks is that my dad really trusted these people. What's more concerning is that they are known to do this by other employees within the company. Estafaron a mi papá dos veces. Luego les hizo saber que hizo un pago el día 14 en otra tienda y preguntó por qué en ese momento no se lo comunicaron. Dijo que la empleada dijo que no había nada que pudiera hacer y que había perdido su dinero y la compra. Dijo que la mujer le dijo que vio que de alguna manera reactivaron la compra, pero cuando consultó con la tienda hermana nos dijeron lo contrario. A mi padre no le dieron la opción de obtener un reembolso de ese dinero o continuar pagando el artículo. Denunciaré a esta empresa por su mal servicio e información engañosa. Aparentemente, él no es el único que fue víctima de este personal. Sugiero que cualquier otra persona que haya tenido un problema lo reporte y lo saque a la luz para que no sigan estafando a otras personas. Lo malo es que mi padre confiaba mucho en estas personas.
