I contacted the store immediately after turning it on, before I even had to set it back up again, and the manager accused and stated that I was lying and refused to take accountability for his business or employees not following their business standards. He then disrespected me even further by saying if I "got an official letterhead from Apple stating it was restored while in their possession" he would return the $20 interest I paid. $20 DOESNT RESTORE OR MAKE UP FOR EVERYTHING THEY LOST/COST ME. Not only did he speak to me with much respect and kindness but he gave me all my options and let me ask as many questions as I wanted. I thoroughly inspected the laptop I had my eyes on and when I noticed the battery charger was in terrible condition he offered to swap it for a cleaner nicer one for me. He negotiated on the final price for me. He showed me how to deactivate the account on the computer and he also chatted with me about other items in the store. I was there for about 45 minutes.
