The last 2 times we made payments I got a short older yt woman that told me I can't use tap to pay with my phone that I had to have my physical card. There was a older yt tall guy there listening to the conversation saying it's company policy that we need the physical card I went to get the card out of my car but before that the man said "and not the card you found out in the parking lot" I brung my physical card in to finish my purchase they didn't even check my id to match it to my card so I didn't see no purpose of them saying thay. So I assume I looked like a broke black mofo but it's ok I'll go EZ pawn up the street that accepts all kinds of payments with out the physical card prove solved

Believe me this isn't the first time either, it's just about the 4th time in two months. Guy told me they don't buy phones because they are always blacklisted meaning they don't know how to check if a phone is locked or unlocked, but I didn't say anything. I let that slide. Then I wouldn't take the guy's offer on a pair of headphones for $12.00, they are the kind with the wires with a horseshoe collar, noise cancelling, and he threw them back in the box with everything hanging out and there was no one waiting behind me, he could have taken his time, but he said, with a smirk, sorry about that. I said ya thanks. Walked out and will never ever go back! It's not the price, it's the attitude the manager needs to be fired!
