Instead of just taking the repair and moving forward, they took the time to walk me through everything honestly. They explained that while they could fix it, the ring itself was cracked and there was a real chance of ongoing issues down the road. That kind of transparency is rare. It would have been easy for them to take my money and say nothing, but they chose integrity instead. That alone earned my trust. On top of that, they handled another ring for me, polishing and reshaping it, and the turnaround was quick and the result was beautiful. You can tell they care about their work and the people they're helping, not just the transaction. It's not always what you want to hear as a customer, but it's exactly what you need. I'll always respect a business that values honesty over a quick sale, and this is absolutely one of those places.

I can tell where the ring was cut and new material added, there are several hammer marks and waviness in the repair area, the finger hole is no longer perfectly round.... simply NOT A QUALITY REPAIR! I had this ring resized upon purchase many years ago at Gordon's Jewelers; that resizing was flawless. I am so very disappointed yet now reluctant to let Westbrooke try again. I guess that at some point I will take it elsewhere to be properly repaired.... I definitely wasted a few hundred dollars at Westbrooke.

Got a pawn on my iPad at this location for a medical emergency and I logged out of my iCloud account with the woman associate before she closed my iPad case and gave me my ticket. Fast forward to not even 2 weeks later when I went to redeem my item and when I got home and turned it on for the first time after picking it up my iPad was restored to factory settings. I contacted the store immediately after turning it on, before I even had to set it back up again, and the manager accused and stated that I was lying and refused to take accountability for his business or employees not following their business standards. He then disrespected me even further by saying if I "got an official letterhead from Apple stating it was restored while in their possession" he would return the $20 interest I paid. $20 DOESNT RESTORE OR MAKE UP FOR EVERYTHING THEY LOST/COST ME. I unfortunately did not have any backups available so I lost pictures of my kids, purchases, journals, planners, etc. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR POSSESSIONS. He weighed my gold and offered me a dollar amount, and when I back calculated that amount to verify his formula was correct, I noticed he actually skimmed $5 off the price per gram (reducing the payout rate to 75% of spot), claiming some BS that it's an industry standard to assume the gold's purity is actually lower than the stamped karat weight states. Not only did he take it upon himself to lower his payout rate after we agreed on the 80%, he lied to my face when I called him out about it. I ended up selling to him because I didn't know better and believed his lie. Since then, I went to a wholesale gold buyer who not only offered me 90% of spot, he didn't skim or feed me the BS purity lie! FWIW I've filed ethics complaints with multiple agencies about Klein Jewelry based on my experience, and I recommend you stay away if you expect a fair transaction.
