If anyone is ever in need of a dash cam installation and wants it done properly, this is the place to go; especially if you'd want a rear dash camera as well and parking mode on when your car is turned off. They would make sure to cable manage your wires behind the airbags going towards the back for safety reasons of course. If you ever installed your own dash cam and slip it through the panels without taking out the panels; this could a problem as obstructing the airbags could have dire consequences so these guys, taking that into consideration is a big reason to have your dash cams professionally installed. They make sure to have the fuse box wired correctly with parking mode, using fuse taps to protect the vehicle, and making sure to have the grounded wire connected to the best metal surface on the car. Because they only do dash cams and nothing else; they are way better than taking your vehicle to a car stereo shop, because they know all the in and outs of dash cams, and also make sure to align your dash cams front and rear perfectly straight to the road. They sell dash cams at their office too so you can purchase one from them which they also price match to Amazon. We bought our dash cam from Amazon and it's the Viofo A229 Pro. We got this recommendation from a YouTube channel Linus tech tips cause they tested all dash cams and this seems to be the best one at having license plates clarity. They did a whole video on dash cams 2 years ago, however their latest video mentioning dash cams was 8 months ago recommending this model from the a video titled "DIY Android Auto". The A229 pro also comes with a polarized lens to help with clarity and we also got recommended and purchased a rear camera polarized lens specifically for this model from EZDashcam as well. Definitely 100% have your dash cam installation here if you want all the cables managed, hidden, and professionally done especially since it's their specialty. Seen Reddit posts about Best Buy geek squad etc, and you prob don't want take a gamble with those. In the waiting area, they have drinks, snacks, and comfy couches! John also helps walk through every feature on the dash cam after installation and provide their own in house labor warranty. Their customer service is truly super top notch, don't think there's any better option if you were thinking about having a dash cam professionally installed especially if you want a rear cam or parking mode installation. He is truly knowledgeable about car dash cams and technology. Not only is he an expert on installation, but I also mean, a GREAT EXPERT at installation, I knew what I wanted, and he gave me a great price for the camera as well. I wanted the A1239 Pro 3 channel with the new Starvis 2 chip from Sony. This dashcam right now is the only one on the market with this chip. I drove to John store, and we set an appointment for the very next day. John then did the removal of my old camera, a Black Vue and installed the 3 channel A139 Pro besides the dash cam he also provides to some car a front facing camera that comes up on demand in the center screen (I have a picture of this) Works very well. John is very nice, very responsive, very professional and very accommodating. I purchased a dash cam from Amazon and brought it to him to install. Unfortunately the brand I got requires their specific hardwire kit in order to use parking mode. And it seems like it can only be found on their website. John installed it anyway with one of his universal kits and is going to swap it out for me when the kit I ordered arrives with no extra cost to me and no need for an appointment. He also has a comfortable waiting area including snacks and bottled water. His receptionist was incredibly sweet as well. Not only is he knowledgeable, but hospitable as well. I had a Thinkware U1000 installed in my wife's Camry, but she didn't feel comfortable with cameras in her car, so John refunded us the money and did a fantastic job installing a Thinkware F970 with five channels in my Audi A7. He is very knowledgeable and he does fantastic work. He's extremely accommodating with your schedule and he installs quickly, and faster than his original estimate. Best of all is his customer service. It's rare to find anybody offering that kind of friendly and understanding customer service these days.
