Overly hyped place. I've heard good about this place until I tried them out. I wish I came on Yelp to check reviews. I came in for a battery change. Told them that it dies quick and dies on 10. They said ok we dont think it's the battery. We think you need to update it because we cant see if your battery needs to be changed or not. They said give us 1 1/2 hr. We went to the store and called back. They said that they don't think it's the battery. I asked if they changed it and they said no. I was like uhhh...? I came in for a battery change and yall didn't even do anything? They said ok give us 2 hours we'll change it. I said " wtf? We aren't even from the area, we drove 40 mins to come here and then spent an 1 1/2 hour at a store to kill some time. And now yall want me to wait another 2 hours? Just forget it I'll come pick it up." I came and picked it up they said they actually already had changed out the battery at the time of the phone call and that they were just letting me know that it wasn't the battery. Why even lie???? How do I know? Because why would it take 2 hours to close the phone up? Why say give us 2 more hours but at the time of the phone call you said that yall didn't do anything but check it? Anyways. I really don't understand the hype of this place, maybe they treat certain customers a different way not sure but, we dropped off my husbands phone my husband specifically told the young lady what the issue was when we dropped it off mind you we left it at noon didn't get a call so my husband called because we were told that they close at 5 so when we called we were told it was READY!! he went in and out I said wow that was fast he said yeah they just gave it to me and i was like are you sure because i think you need to pay if they fixed it because his phone speakers don't work so I assumed oh maybe they just needed cleaning right? so MORAL OF THE STORY NOTHING!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE TO IT!!! The speakers sound the same! Nobody told my husband hey we couldn't fix the issue nothing!!! I have bought a couple of new Apple Watches and AirPods and I live in California I had no issues with them or shipping so I figured I would send them my phone for screen repair since I have done business with them and their prices are great . Well when I received my phone the screen was cracked I called them and they said send it back for free repair so I sent it out within 2 days because it was during the holidays so I kept an eye on tracking and noticed it was delivered I waited 5 days and no one contacted me about so I called them a rude lady answered and I told I had sent in my phone but no one has called me so she checked and she was like yea it's here and then called me a few hours later and said I had to pay for it again because I took too long to send it back I tried to explain to her that I sent it back within 2 days and that it had been sitting wherever they get their stuffed delivered but she shut me down and said it doesn't matter you have to pay again so we were going back and forth and she said her manager said I would have to pay half plus shipping I shouldn't have to pay anything supposedly everything comes with warranty from there shop but I just paid because I couldn't be without a phone any longer . I heard so many great things about to place so I gave it a try and now I will not recommend anyone to go. They waste my time, I drop my off my phone to get fix Thursday at 10:30am, told me my phone will be ready by Friday. Friday came gave them a call just to check on an update, the lady said that they were working on it and it will be done by almost closing time. Finally they called me back but said it was another issue to fix which I never approve of and all I wanted was what I came for in the first place. Long story short they lied to me, the technician was never even fixing my phone, wanted to charge me for something else. The staff is very unprofessional and were upset when at this point did not want any service at all. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. read more
