I can't say enough great things about the service I received today! The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. What could have been a very stressful situation ended up feeling simple and manageable because of his calm, helpful attitude. He even went out of his way to give me a ride to the Ford dealership, which was such a thoughtful gesture and truly showed how much he cares about his customers. It's rare to find someone who provides this level of genuine customer service. If you're looking for a reliable towing company, I highly recommend making him your go-to tow guy. His customer service is second to none, the quality of his work is outstanding, and his pricing is more than fair. He truly goes above and beyond, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone who needs a tow! AMAZING SERVICE AND GUY!!! read more

Very good experience, and easy communication. Had a flat tire and no spare, and had to get my car towed to get it fixed. I arranged for the pickup at short notice, he was there 30 min later, no issues, and price was fair and better than the other places I had called. I wouldn't hesitate to call EZ Towing again if needed. read more

I needed a tow for my Mercedes Benz that could not steer/move. They did an amazing job with getting it on the tow truck and to my destination safely. Communication was excellent during the entire process and I was quoted fairly for the job! read more

I broke down while out on a motorbike ride and so I needed a flat bed tow and called a few companies to see who could help EZ web site seemed say all the right things 24/7, Satisfaction Guaranteed etc, etc, etc. They said the tow would cost $375 and the truck would be there in 50 minutes The truck took 2 hours and when the driver got there he said he wanted $575 or he was leaving it was 7pm and getting cold and dark so I had agree The worst experience ever I should have checked on Yelp before I ordered from the broker When I called them to say what was happening they said its up to the drive to tell you the fee I reminded them they said $375 she suddenly got amnesia...DO NOT USES EZ TOW read more

My insurance was contacted to get a tow as my vehicle had broken down while driving past Livermore, my additional cost on top off what the insurance covers was $92 which I was happy to pay. However driver Goerge tells me it's $200 extra in order for me to get my vehicle towed, it was late so I had no choice but to pay. Highway robbery at its finest. Had the nerve to ask for a tip. read more

after I had a bad service from them, and I want it to write a review, I just found out they only have 2.5 stars!!! Which is what I expecting!!! The tow truck driver didn't ask us where to unload it!! After he unloaded it on the middle of the parking lot and said you can push it, I have a bad back!!!!! I can see why he has a bad back, this guy MAYBE work hard, but definitely is not smart!! He can unload it straight to the parking space!! He just need to ASK!!! He definitely is just a tow truck driver!!! Oh BTY I know why the call EZ Towing!! Cause is EZ on them!!!!! read more

if you wanna be disrespected by the owner while he drives you home. call this piece of shit. John had no problems disrespecting my special needs child & making comment that he will enjoy spending my sons bday money for his tow fee on his daughters bday coming up..my son had a heart attack at the age of 5, & isn't supposed to make it but a few more years..& this guy thought it'd be funny to laugh about that! then refused to release my car cause he didn't have his credit card machine..& tried to take my car..POS!!! read more

My car broke down in the middle of the 580. After calling numerous tow companies in the area, the only one available was George. The man was quick, polite, and very professional. The worst part is that it was during heavy rush hour traffic. I was able to get moved to the shoulder all before the highway patrol showed up. The price was very reasonable considering getting towed all the way to Tracy. Needless to say I was able to get my car home safe thanks to George. read more

Our car broke down and John showed up at 11 pm at night to tow it. He was courteous, helpful and professional. The car was on a hillside so it was rather technical to get it towed. He did an amazing job. Thank you! read more

Awful. I was rear ended on the freeway. My car was basically totaled. My insurance contacted this service and they gave me an hour ETA. An hour later, i called and the guy said he had hit a car and he was going to be late because he was dealing with the cops. Unbelievable. read more

Not a happy customer we told our insurance company that it was two people in the vehicle ,cause we had a tire blow out , when the tow truck arrived we were told that only one person can ride my husband had to walk about 6 Mile 5 min away to the tire place only to find out when he got there they didn't have our tire size, so we had to call our insurance company again and wait for over an hour for another towing company to come and go to another tire place. No communication between insurance company & towing company. Will be complaining to my insurance company also. read more

My Dad and brother had an accident with my Dads truck, bad enough they were left on the side of the road for 6 hours. His Insurance Allstate would not set up a tow, so Crash Champions was nice enough to help set one up. My Dad is disabled and diabetic, so being out on the road for that long was exhausting and dangerous as it is. After waiting in their vehicle for hours, a driver shows up George was not friendly at all. He almost did not want to tow his truck due to the RF wheel had come off and was under the truck. He was originally quoted 135.00, but since the wheel was gone he charged me 200.00 via Zelle, he did not want to take my dad's credit card for payment. After this whole ordeal he ended up towing the truck to the shop, once he arrived to drop off the truck my dad forgot to leave the key. An honest mistake and the driver called my dad yelling at him to get the keys down to the shop and for him forgetting to leave the keys he was going to change him more. He then told my dad he didn't know why he was towing a piece of sh*t truck that was a total anyway. Is this the way you treat your customers? How would you feel if this was your dad? I would never recommend this place to anyone, no compassion whatsoever. Who knows he may have even pocketed my money I sent him. This was totally unacceptable, and could have been handled way differently, if you dislike your job maybe you shouldn't work there. read more

Awfully rude, disrespectful, and professionally UNPROFESSIONAL.. Foul language and asking for personal information that's not required for a tow. I was told to "go f*ck myself" along with many other foul intense words.. Definitely don't recommend take your money somewhere else where it'll be appreciated!(: read more

I was in need of a tow thru my insurance stuck when it was 105 out. The app told me he would be here in 16 mins 45 mins later I call only to be told he never told me he would be there by 140 the app did and that has nothing to do with him. He proceeded to yell at me and tell me he's canceling my tow. I will be letting farmers know they need to cut this contract. read more

Have you ever wanted to wait in the side of 680 for hours with a kindergartener only to call and check on the dispatched tow truck driver and have him scream at you to "F#©& OFF!"??? If so, then this is a company for you!!! It's not for me. Farmers insurance roadside service was atrocious, and this company that's contacted with them deserves the karma mentioned in the other review. Farmers is well aware of what happened. Maybe get a new driver, owner, or admit your wrongs and stay out on a better path. I truly feel bad for the bad day he must have been having. I hope and wish the best for him. Patience and changing his customer service would really help him, and us customers. read more

EZ Towing provided excellent service towing my car tonight. From the moment I called, John was very courteous and professional. He got to the pick up location within minutes and called me when he arrived. At the drop off destination, he quickly unloaded my car into the designated area even though required maneuvering the car a little. John advised me to call should I have any questions or need anymore help. I highly recommend EZ Towing and would call on their service again if needed. Thank you so much for your help John! read more

Great experience today with John from EZ Tow! We have Safeco Insurance and my car wouldn't start up. I called the roadside assistance number and immediately connected with someone who said assistance was on the way. I was texted a number that I could use to track my tow truck moments later. John then called me to say he would be arriving in 30 minutes. He arrived about 20 minutes later. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to jump start my car as it was clear something else was going on. John then took my kids and me to our home and went back to where my car was stalled and attempted to tow it. Since I was parked in a busy parking lot, he wasn't able to get it onto the flatbed. He called to let me know that he would return to the parking lot later today in the hopes the lot was less crowded. Several hours later he called to say he was able to get my car onto his truck and was more than happy to drop it off at my house or at the repair shop that I use. Excellent communication and he was super friendly and patient with my kids and me throughout this ordeal. read more

Worst tow company ever! After giving me a text with a 2 hour window for a tow and then I spoke with the tow driver he told me he could get there in 15 min for a good tip $100 I told him I didn't have any money on me and he came out anyway after telling me how busy that he was. I told him the tow place was 15 min away it would be a quick tow. Some ahole came out started hooking up my car and pulling it up onto his flat bed truck oh I was on 680 freeway, the side of the freeway then he decided he wasn't going to make enough money after my husband showed up to give me a ride to the dealership. So he proceeded to tell me the tow was cancelled started backing up my car and taking it off of his truck leaving me in the center of the the emergency lane instead of me being further over and away from traffic. Told me I needed to call my roadside company the whole time I'm on the phone trying to get a hold of someone and this guy doesn't wait he just unhooks my car and speeds away. What kind of sinister crap was this guy planning, what if my husband never showed up? What a scumbag. Everything was approved before he was even dispatched to my location. Don't trust this company. Unreliable, untrustworthy, shameful. And the fact that you have tow truck drivers available and still give a 2 hour window but can show up in 15 min doesn't say much for you or your company's work ethic or standards. Karma is a bitch and I can't wait for the universe to set things right with this jerk. Oh I forgot to mention my daughter was with me too. He just left us there. read more
