The worker Walter Vasquez was telling me it wasn't the water pump and saying that my water pump was fine. He kept telling me it was this and that and blah blah blah and I just told him look load up my car and tow it to the spot already. I know what wrong with the vehicle. Just tow it to the dealership. So he sends me an email for the bill and sure enough i caught him trying to send me a bill of $350. So I tell Mr.Walter hey the lady said it was $160 why are u billing me $350? He says "ohh sorry I sent you the wrong email". Long story short I figured out why he kept telling me all these things were wrong with my vehicle. Basically getting me to be stressed out so much that I don't pay attention to the price and just pay. If your reading this I suggest u pay attention to ur bill. Anyways fast forward a few days later the service advisor at the dealership did indeed say that that technician that fixed my vehicle did indeed say it was the water pump.
