The owner assured me that she could easily fix the for me and replace the white part of the screen at no additional cost. She then went on to show me that i was missing screws at the bottom of my phone which can cause the screen to fall of at anytime she went ahead and put screws in for me too at no additional fee. It took under 20 minutes for them to fix my phone! When I came back to pick it up she gave me an additional 10% off for being a first time customer and then gave me 3 business cards to give to friends which if they use their service and present the card I will get additional savings added to my account for the next time. All in all it was only $58 dollars to fix my screen. The location is very convenient and the vibe of the place is modern tech - cool place to even wait for your things to be fixed.

I took my phone in to be fixed and they did so quickly and at a competitive price, but when they put the new screen on they didn't clean the camera off which had gotten a little dust and debree on it. The front facing camera is basically unusable now because or the blurriness. When I went back in they just said sorry but that it would be too much work to fix. This seems really unfair to me. I paid $1,000 for the phone, then over $300 to have the screen fixed and I still can't use the camera. I live very far from my family and we use face time to talk a lot. I also love to travel and take pictures. My phone is basically missing a basic function now and I'm really disappointed.

My phone died so I had to order a new one. Luckily(?) one of the only stores that had a phone in…read morestock was the Verizon Auth Retailer about 2 mins away from my house. Great! Ordered curbside pick up and off we go! Got the notice that order was ready so I headed up that way as soon as they opened at 10am. Curbside pickup so I was directed to park in the designated zone. Got to the store - NO designated zone. Tried to call for curbside but the store wasn't doing it at that time (so why have the choice?). Got inside and I saw why. Only one person working. 4 people in front of me... all with issues, questions, etc. I ended up waiting 1 hour just to pick up a phone. I did feel bad for Ryan, the tech working. He said someone had called in sick. Ryan, however, kept a smile and juggled people very well. Just wondering why someone wasn't called in to help? I did get a call from Verizon as I did an online survey.. they didn't like the number of "stars" I gave them. They of course, blamed it on COVID and said store was limited employees. I understand... I was patient while I waited my turn. Again, just not understanding why help wasn't called in. Store was clean, but dated. Fairly well stocked with accessories. Note on that: a couple days after I picked up my phone they moved across the streed to a newer facility. I'll definitely stick with the actual Verizon stores in the future.

The CSR and Repair Person, Joe, was phenomenal. While working the store, by himself, he was able to simultaneously fix another customer's phone and work on my own. Unfortunately, my phone was unrepairable. He proactively gave me the contact information for my insurance and suggested that I might want to relook at my plan since I was paying so much. Since, I couldn't go another day without my phone, he then went through all the benefits and drawbacks of the different phones and helped me decide on a new one. All while, servicing other customers as they came in. In the end, Joe had my new phone set up, connected with the backup for my contacts, set up my Office 365 email and showed me specific features of the new device. In addition, he was able to increase my total plan's data and save me money on my monthly bill. Thank you Joe for staying late and finishing my transaction so that my business continued to run seamlessly! I highly recommend you visit this site and speak with Joe if you are in need of a new device or repair.

I warn VERY strongly against hiring Druk…read more Druk was very pleasant when I reached out and quick to ensure that he could repair my phone screen. I paid him over $200 to repair it on site. That night, I noticed that the phone screen would turn dark while using it. By the next day, the screen was completely inoperable. As I pressed the side buttons trying to turn it off (because the screen was now totally blank) my phone called 911 and ALL of my emergency contacts. Because the screen didn't work, I could not stop the calls and had to talk to all of these people to explain- pleading with them not to send the police or paramedics. I made an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar ASAP and paid $360 for Apple to remove the counterfeit screen from Druk and replace it with a working one. I was informed that the counterfeit screen fom Druk was not even sealed onto the phone correctly. Even worse, when I called Druk, he refused to refund me. BUYER BEWARE: if you choose to spend $200 with Druk, you will have to spend at least $360 or more to repair his "work" with a dealer who actually knows what they're doing.

Not only did they (It's really just he) not fix the issue that I had contacted him about, he "fixed" other things that were not discussed, and not needed. He claimed that the signed consent for work document gave him the permission to do whatever work that HE felt needed to be done without ever contacting me for approval - The Town of Pittsford small claims court and the court of appeals disagreed, however, as I did. In what world do you charge someone a diagnostic fee, not provide an estimate, then get approval before doing over $400 worth of work that was not requested and did not resolve the issue? He provided false information related to a part (said an AMD processor with integrated graphics did not have the graphics) and when I called him on it, he told me how to fix the issue myself (install a separate graphics card).
