I decided to shop around and I'm glad I did! I walked in to Lithia and was met by the Assistant Manager, Jeff. I told him that I needed repairs to my truck but it was an unusual request as I had some aftermarket parts I wanted installed instead of OE parts. Jeff said no problem we can handle all of it. I had an aftermarket bumper and headlights installed on top of the general body work that needed to be done as well. Lithia dealt with the insurance and made it very easy on me! When finished, the truck looked perfect. Paint was great, truck was vacuumed and detailed. Some of the best customer service and best work I have ever had when dealing with a body shop. They are not honest, they let my car sit for over a week and then called me to ask I if I contacted my insurance for the next step yet...which now I was on my last day of rental car coverage! I have never had to be a middle man with my insurance and never should have had to be. THAT IS THEIR JOB!! Carstar Aplands has zero integrity when it comes to the quality of their work.
