What I disapprove of is their willingness to help when something is wrong. I completely understand that this is their system and their devices but when something is out of the normal they tend to blame the customer rather than replace the device. I have gotten so many fails while driving them retest and it passes and they tell me that I'm doing something wrong. The device will fail if it's too cold!!! They warn you about "sitting it in the heat" during the summer months but it being too cold!? Oh and they don't tell you a fail is $50 which they are not willing to waive even if the initial blow is a fail and the next one is a pass. Or the device just stops working and malfunctions so you'll sit on the phone with technical support for hours just for them to tell you to call the office. No one at the office will return your call in a timely manner from Scottsdale and the Tempe off will put you off. I've missed work and school because of this device malfunctioning. They say things like "just bring it to the office" but what peace of mind is that when your car is 45 minutes from any office? They are supposed to have mobile techs that come out in a timely manner but that doesn't happen. And they act like sending a tech out is such an inconvenience to them when it's their devices. There needs to be better equipment or response time for issues with their devices or you'll definitely expect your livelihood to be impacted. If you can pay the lawyer extra to get you out of the interlock I highly recommend it if that is even a thing. Also be sure to call weird ssa AZDOT before scheduling your removal because you'll plan and schedule a removal just for them to tell you it's too early

They have some of the worst customer service I've seen, in an already stressful situation for most. The office manager has no interest or time to answer even basic questions, and will most likely never call you back after leaving a message (even and emergency one). So don't be surprised if you get locked out and stranded for days possibly. I would use any other service if you want to avoid the inevitable stress working with them. But Ryan, their technician, is a godsend and professional to work with. And possibly this company's only saving grace.

He was in my garage for 4.5 hours and only finished one out of two windows. 3. Every time I came out to see how it was going he was on the phone. 4. Dana didn't finish job, he had to leave for another installation. He said another tech would be at my house in an hour. 2 hours later the other tech showed up. 5. The new tech said it would take less then an hour, he was there for over 2 hours. Again for two windows. 6. Never received Warrenty or receipt for the job and Dana is a ghost, will not return calls and only returned text when I said I would report him to BBB. 7. The best, one of them scratched my drivers side window, Dana said he records every vehicle before they start work. I asked to see video to rule them out from doing the damage. Talk about giving a customer the run around and not wanting to show me the video. So if you choose this company, good luck! If I could give negative stars I would! So an update, the owner still won't answer me concerning the damage to my vehicle they caused, they don't have a real shop the address is an apartment complex, their website is fake showing an actual working shop.
