Both Ivana and Aylin helped us tremendously. Both ladies were patient, so helpful and super knowledgeable in helping us select frames/matting/glass for 8 pieces of flea market art on 2 separate occasions. I was thrilled with how fantastic the pieces looked when we picked items up approximately 2 weeks later. Turn around was quoted 2 weeks and they were actually early in arrival. They had my review removed. I really want to warn people the reviews are not an honest…read morerepresentation of customers. I took 4 items in to be framed. All four have had issues , 2 having to go to someone else to fix them. One she did in a mat color she preferred I guess hoping I wouldn't notice or I would like it better. She did correct it and it cost me time and the hassle driving back and forth as I don't live close. One was cut and framed unevenly and stuck with it because it was a poster I bought on a trip to Denmark so it was a special item to me. The other two, the pieces keep falling out of place and one not sealed properly so moisture gets in somehow and has warped my hand screen print. To say I am disappointed is an understatement and to then to have my review removed was another slap in the face. My only recourse is to warn people because trying to deal with the owner was awful. Luckily I found another framer closer to my home who has done a wonderful job correcting the work but having to pay twice isn't what I signed up for. I also don't appreciate the aggressive response to my prior review before it being taken down like I am some bad guy. I was a customer who put my faith in a business and you let me down, an apology at any point could have gone a long way. I am not here to ruin a business but to let people know proceed with caution, there seems to be plenty of happy customers but I was not fortunate to be one of them.

They think everybody is in there to steal so they'll either blatantly follow you around or take the more low-key approach and you'll notice they just so happen to start stocking shelves in the same aisle you're browsing in. They also like to do this thing where they announce over the P.A. system "Long Beach P.D. - Line One" to make you think they have called the police on you to get people out of the store!

My sweet, very patient mother has now had to make FOUR separate trips to fix a painting they originally damaged and incorrectly framed. Each time, instead of taking accountability or offering even the most basic apology, Kristen somehow found multiple different things to blame -- none of them being the store. We dropped the piece off for the FINAL time in December. December. We never received a call. Not once. After multiple attempts to reach the store by phone (which went unanswered or unreturned), we finally had to physically go today (in February) to see if the artwork was complete. And instead of even a simple, "We're so sorry for the inconvenience," we were met with callous, passive-aggressive energy and the most aggressively condescending tone I have ever encountered in a retail setting. No ownership. No apology. No professionalism. Just attitude. Shame on you, Kristen! I have genuinely never dealt with someone so unhelpful and unprofessional in all my years at any store anywhere. It was shocking. We will absolutely never bring another piece here again as long as she is employed. There are too many businesses that value their customers to waste time being treated like an inconvenience for expecting basic competence and courtesy. Save yourself the stress and take your artwork elsewhere.

Their options seem unlimited! Every time I come here, I end up spending my time going up and down each aisle. It's also very quality art supplies. They offer different art classes as well which I believe they hold in one of the stores walking distance from them. They have a list of their upcoming classes and events posted on the board next to the entrance. All their workers are friendly and helpful to any questions you might have. For the quality of the supplies, it's a great price.

When I got home I unrolled everything and it was off. Not by a little but off by A LOT. I returned the fabric and Linda saved the day. She even gave me tips on how to save time and how to make my quilt. She turned my sour sitation into something sweet. I was able to get a 2025 Happy planner at 50% off. By the way my blanket took about 2-3 hours. It was more work than expected. But I did it.
