The amazing employees including doctor go beyond what any similar type business has done for my husband. He went in for an annual eye exam and to purchase glasses and explained an issue he was having. The doctor found out he had a retinal tear and diligently called for him to be seen immediately. Fortunately, after several attempts at calling specialists they found Retina Eye care who could get him in as soon as he could get there. This team is absolutely caring and dedicated. I have to say they don't know how to serve customers at all. I forgot to print the form and I asked them to print it in the store and they have refused it. The employee who was talking to me was extremely rude. I do not recommend ever to get any service from this store P/S The business owner has replied on my review and tried to lie that they were polite!! Extremely rude and wrong business practice. The form that I have asked to be printed was ready and completed and all what was needed is just print it out. However, the business decided to send me home 40 minutes away just to print two pages. No additional approvals or anything like that was needed. No body has asked to bend any rules so don't try to lie here! Every time we've gone into Eyes Rite, they are nothing but the most professional. They honestly have gone above and beyond for my family. Horrible! I bought some glasses here with a prescription. Took forever for them to be ready. When I came to pick them up I tried them on and the lens fell out. After inquiring as to why that happened, the older lady behind the counter snatched and said, "Oh they just need to be tightened!" I told her I have never had that happen before, EVER! After payment was confirmed I left. A week or two later at my congregation a friend told me that my lenses were really really clear. The he reached up and poked me in the eye. The lens had popped out again. I took the glasses back to Eyes Rite and they argued that there was nothing wrong with them when I left, they aren't responsible, and now they cant confirm that I even paid! I told them what happened when I tried my glasses on but still no resolve. I even had a witness (my daughter, who also got glasses). I went to another Vision Clinic and was told that the lenses were cut too small for the frames. I had to write the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General to get the company to cooperate and redo my eyeglasses!! read more

Eh. I would never come back here again. Maybe I am just used to more professional service with my old optometrist. They weren't thorough in explaining anything period, or my new diagnosis, the doctor was nice enough, but seemed to be in a hurry to leave, and the other lady that helped me didn't care much that I am a new patient. She was very short with me and didn't look at me once while I was trying to ask her questions about my new prescriptions. She kept attending to paperwork. So after my regular exam I didn't even bother to get an appointment for a contact lens fitting. I would never be a regular patient there. I don't mind that the store itself is old, but the service and care I receive is what is important and I didn't feel that coming here at all. The glasses on display were also overpriced. read more

I've purchased the same frame three times over the last six years from Eyes Rite. The first two times the fitting went great, but not this last time. I went in to pick up my glasses and as usual I sit down to have the glasses fitted. I put the glasses on and could tell instantly they needed adjustment. The lady that was helping me (in her 50 to 60s I don't know her name) took a quick look at the fit and said everything look great. I said they are not fitting around my ear. She takes a second look and says that is how they should fit, with a little condescension in her voice, she also said they are different then the glasses you have on. I told her that these are the third pair of the frames I've owned and each time they made them fit around my ear. She kept up with that tone, so I just grabbed my old glasses off of table and told her I will take care of it myself. This would be a one star review but everyone else I've ever had dealings with were great!!!!!! At this point I don't know if I will ever go back. read more

Took my glasses back. Had a 2nd eye exam. They had to send the lenses back to be remade. The employees are very stern.

Please don't waist your time or money going to this establishment. I knew I should of trusted my gut and walked out when I told the Dr. that I had light sensitivity and she didn't even question it nor did she ask what I do for a living. (Stare at a computer screen all day). But, I didn't and that was my worst mistake. I then was talked into a pair a frames that I absolutely hate!! The sales clerk said "the thick frame at the top will make you look younger." I should of stuck with my gut and went with what I LIKED and not what she thought!! Their selection of frames is very poor and I should waited and went to a place that had what I liked. But, I was so excited to get new glasses after saving for 3 years, I went with those. After wearing them for a few days at work, I couldn't see my computer. I called up and was told that I should have gotten progressive lenses. I was asked about progressives lens prior to my eye exam (had a hard time in the past with them) and NOTHING was mentioned after my eye exam as to "you won't be able to see things as before since your script has changed and you might want to consider progressive lens and this is why." Now, to get progressive lens, I have to come up with more money within 30 days or I'm SOL. It took me 3 years just to save for these ones and I have no more money. I just wasted over $200.00 for a pair that is worthless to me. All I wanted was to have a new pair of glasses. Thank you for wasting my time and my savings! read more

Everytime I went in I felt as if I was bothering the staff. The lady at the desk smokes right out front of the door. They didn't explain my benifits AT ALL! As someone who got glasses for the first time I have no clue what to expect. I will never go back! read more
