He was super easy to work with, very knowledgeable and honest (how often does that happen in business?), and gave me the clearest vision I've had since I was a child, bar none. The exam was quick and easy, without the dreaded limbo. You know what I mean? "2... 1.... no 2... uh, can you go back to 1? 2 again?" I could clearly tell the difference between the lenses in all but a few circumstances, and those took all of a few seconds to resolve. I typically leave my options open even when I find world-class practitioners, but a 30-year search ended today. I've found my optometrist for life.

When I immediately asked to cancel the glasses order the same day, I was flatly refused with no clear explanation. What made this even worse was the complete lack of communication afterward. I called multiple times the same day and again the next day, but no one answered the phone or returned my calls. As a parent, being ignored when you are concerned about your child's vision is unacceptable. This experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. I trusted this clinic with my child's eye care and left feeling unheard, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. I would never return and strongly warn other parents to look elsewhere.

The surgery process was smooth and well-performed by the entire staff. Dr. Lueth was encouraging and informative throughout the entire procedure, and I had zero worries. I am still in the healing process, but I can already see much better than I ever could before. Dr. Lueth and his team greatly care for their patients, which was demonstrated not only in the surgery but in both post-op appointments. I couldn't give a higher recommendation!

My wife and I visited this clinic before deciding where we would fill our eyeglass prescriptions. It was here or Costco. As it turned out, we went with MC Family Eye Center (MCFEC, this clinic). They were very professional and worked through my indecision with me. My wife knew what she wanted (Zeiss). Anyway, the staff and docs were great and we will be back. If either of us need a cheaper second pair of glasses as a back up, sure, we'll consider Costco again. However, Costco does not cold mount lenses. That's important to know if you bring your own frames. I'll be asking MCFEC if they do. If so, it's a one-stop shop with a lovely lobby and decent choices for frames. Five stars. ;)

Silver Lake ECC was able to get me in quickly and were ready for me upon my arrival. The tech who did the initial scans was helpful, polite, and thorough. Then my time with Dr. Tan was also fantastic. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I understood every aspect of my diagnosis with no sense of urgency or pressure. Lastly, they had a nice variety of frames from which to choose my new sets of glasses, ranging from moderate to fairly expensive. If you're looking for cheap in this department, I'd recommend Costco, but I wanted something stylish and lasting with new, progressive-lens technology. Again, there was no pressure to purchase there, but my frame selection and fitting processes were polite, efficient, and professional. She was so patience, and very nice. but my insurance didn't have contract with them. The second time I stopped there was last Friday, because my glasses had been hit by something, and the shape changed little, and not balanced well on both sides legs. She adjusted it, and cleaned it very well including the pads, which I even asked to clean. My glasses is multi focus, after she adjusted it, I see things even more better than ever, I can see a lot better then before. I am so happy, and strong recommend the place.
