Not to be dramatic, but Y6 has changed my life. Seriously. Earlier this year, I started having…read moreissues with my ankle. I've always been a fit person, but My doctor required that I rest, since I was already walking a lot for work... and with that rest came weight gain and a lack of endorphins. About 5 months ago, I signed up for yogasix thanks to the previous GM Ashlyn. I feel stronger than I ever have! Not only that, I have improved my flexibility, and honestly am just an overall happier and nicer person! Now I made other tweaks for that to happen, but yogasix was absolutely a large contributor! All of the instructors are amazing and you really can't go wrong with any of them! The instructors and Management truly listens and accommodates their yogi members, as they changed their evening classes from 5:30 to 5:45, and continue to offer 6AM classes! The staff is also very protective of their members and yogis visiting, and do everything in their power to create a safe environment. If you are on the fence in trying Y6, I promise you will not regret it. Also should I mention the cold lavender towels at the end of each class? Yeah, game changing.

I've waited a long time--more than a year--to leave this review because I wanted to give the…read moresituation enough time and be fair about my experience. My biggest advice to anyone purchasing laser hair removal packages here is: be very vigilant about your services and keep track of exactly how many treatments you have purchased and used. I purchased two different laser hair removal packages at different times. Unfortunately, I never saw even 40% of the results I was expecting. What really concerned me, however, was what happened with my remaining treatments. On two separate occasions, when I called to schedule what I believed was my final remaining treatment, I was told that I no longer had any treatments left and would need to purchase another package. The first time this happened, I had to contact corporate. They reviewed the situation and reimbursed me for the appointment I was told I no longer had. The second time, I was again told that I had no treatments remaining. I was told someone would call me back after looking into it, but I never received that follow-up call. What makes this even more frustrating is that the staff has changed since I originally purchased my packages. High turn over ! With both situations, it seemed to come down to that last treatment--somehow, according to the current staff, I no longer had one, even though I know I did.n I'm sharing this review simply to encourage anyone who purchases a package here to keep your own records, count your treatments, and hold onto your receipts and documentation. Don't rely solely on their system to keep track of how many services you have remaining. I'm not saying this to discourage anyone from trying laser hair removal, but based on my experience, go somewhere else

The environment is upscale and very friendly and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable, uplifting, personable, and genuine. Locker rooms are well stocked with amenities, even hair bands if you forgot one! Pro-tip: It's best not to wear make up at all because you'll likely sweat it all off, but if you do, make sure you bring make up remover to clean it off after class and your make up to redo it if needed.

I assumed it would be a nicer studio bc of the location but it's the worst yoga studio i have ever…read morebeen too. Classes were super overcrowded, literally no space to do a few of the moves. They charge enough, but i think they are trying to squeeze every dime; they should limit the classes. The instructor was not visible from the middle to back of room and so not only could you not see her, you had to follow the person in front of you and often then not she was doing something different than the person next to her. The music is loud and their mic speakers are not, so you cannot hear anything the instructor is saying, leaving you to just guess for the entire class. (They have enough people, why doesn't management invest in some update mics for her trainers???) Instructor walked around a lot, but never to correct anyone's form; I honestly don't know what she was walking around for. But she hardly did any of the moves so it was poorly instructed. C45 (their main offer) is definitely not a yoga class either it's more like a HIIT class. They really need to take just a few seconds and add descriptions to their classes. It's really not that hard and several people have suggested this in the past from what I can read. But the worst thing? The smell. It was absolutely disgusting in there. It wasnt so bad standing up but as soon as you laid down, the smell was overpowering. Im guessing they used dirty mop water or never mopped at all and everyones sweat was layer ok the floor. I literally had to leave during the stretching part bc i could not stomach lying down in that gross stench. I am not sure why the location is so popular, maybe because some of these young girls don't know that there are better studios that offer more elevated experiences. But definitely would not recommend this studio. It is just disgusting.

I originally booked a touch up session last year but canceled because the service wasn't worth it if the price could jump so dramatically. As of May 2025, they informed customers that the "lifetime retouch" guarantee could increase from $70 per session to almost $350 per session, charging separately for each area (face and neck) even if your contract is for a full face. That's what the nurse that was over my treatments told me as well. Ideal Image needs to do better. Sudden, huge price hikes like this feel unfair and don't match the terms of the original contracts.
