I called and asked "is free really free? Like $0" and told i need to speak to a coach. First red flag. Why not answer a simple question? I sign up for a coach to call. The coach texts and refuses to answer question until we meet. We play phone tag and I get another coach. Phone consultation and at end of call they want me to Come in. I say "I've seen ur negative reviews online. I need to know if free or not." She had ignored the question several before and that's when she tells me it "CAN BE" free. Whoa! Then why the false advertising I ask? O- I heard we had a wrong flyer out there with an error. "I have nothing to do wuth advertising. I just answer the phone." She proceeds to lecture me on the fact that I must not be ready for transformation if I don't want to pay. Just horrible!! The other coach that we had been playing phone tag with me also texts me some elaborate story on why they lie on their advertising. Sickening! The AI tech at each station watches your movements to ensure that you are correct form as well as counting your reps. It keeps you honest, and it makes you focus. You can make your modifications in the app prior to class and also get a feel for what to expect before coming in. There's even a recovery area with Hyperice products and compression boots, you can't go wrong here. As a paying customer, I expected the basic courtesy of timeliness and consistency in scheduled sessions from the assigned trainer, which unfortunately was not met. There were repeated instances of lateness and even no-shows without prior notice I clearly outlined the reasons for the early termination - the failure of Elevate Fitness to fulfill their end of the agreement by providing a competent and reliable trainer at the designated time. This failure was not due to any actions or decisions on my part but was a direct result of Elevate Fitness's inability to uphold their commitment to me as a customer. I was paying $600 per month and was miserably let down. It is disheartening to witness a company prioritize greed over customer service and satisfaction. By choosing to ignore my requests for reimbursement of the $1020 early termination fee, Elevate Fitness has demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer care and integrity in their business practices. The financial burden placed on me due to Elevate Fitness's failure to provide a satisfactory service is unjust and unwarranted. It is my hope that this message serves as a catalyst for change within Elevate Fitness and prompts a reevaluation of their customer service practices. By taking responsibility for their actions and addressing customer grievances promptly and fairly, Elevate Fitness can regain the trust and respect of their clientele and strive towards a more ethical and customer-centric approach to business.

The classes were easy enough to book via the mind body app. My instructors were David (the owner) and Asantra. Both are a bundle of energy, seem to have created an amazing community of gym rats and will kick your butt. They seem to switch up the exercises daily and it's a great combo of cardio and strength. I felt sore for the first time in months and therefore slightly less guilty about consuming all that Thanksgiving stuffing. The class is set up for circuit training stations. The first day I went was a small class of about 5, but then I had about 15 people in the rest of my classes. I was a little grossed out about sharing stations after others (the pandemic has made me paranoid), but there are plenty of wipes around and everyone did a great job of wiping down their stations before moving on to the next one. I'd definitely be a regular here if I lived in the Dallas area and hope to find a similar spot to "burn" some calories in the Chicago North Shore.
