Great fast service, I did go in on a Tuesday at 11am. Got in right away and showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she killed it. Only down fall from not getting a full 5 stars was the price $70 for a full set of acrylic nails seems a little pricy to me, but I guess you get for what you pay for. read more

If i could give this place no stars, i would. For starters- i called this establishment before going inside to make sure there was no wait as i was on a time crunch. I was told "no wait come in". I then sat there for 25 minutes before my nails were started on. When entering, i told the front desk lady that I'd like an ACRYLIC FULL SET on my natural nail with colored powder. The staff then gave me a clear acrylic layer and attempted to put polish on top. I told them that was not I asked for and needed to be corrected. Mind you, this is after already being here for two hours. The nail tech then started with the color powder as I had asked and it was EXTREMELY dirty leaving black speckles all on my nails. This was removed and then had to START OVER AGAIN. Once all was said and done, i went to check out and was extremely uncharged. Before entering this salon, i checked the prices on THEIR website. I was charged for a "solar set" when this was not what I was asked for. I simply wanted a colored acrylic on my natural nail, but instead i was given an awful experience and charged out the rear for it. Please DO NOT give this awful place any business. Really friendly and polite staff, this review it's only for their gel manicure service. This was my first (and last time) at this place. I specifically asked to have all the cuticles removed and she didn't do it. She cut me and I was bleeding and she did not even put any kind of anti bacterial solution at all. Then the worst part was the painting. I got a pretty light color. She was about to do only 2 (uneven) coats so the color was a mess. I had to ask for another coat. i walked into the nail salon with my daughter at 6:15 when we got there they asked what we were needing assuming it was a pedicure for some reason I guess that's all they wanted to do. because it was an hour away from closing. There was one lady finishing up with a client, one sitting in a chair next to her and another at the counter. I then told them that I my daughter wanted a full set. they all shook their head saying that they're closed. I then said to them "you don't close until 7" they hesitated and any service like that I'm not interested in because they didn't care about satisfying their customers they just didn't want to do the work cause they wanted to go home. it was disheartening to have that type of treatment especially because we're paying customers and that was our first time walking into that salon. had they had better customer service they would've gained 2 new clients but no I will never go to this nail salon ever again. read more

Amazing atmosphere. Energies were off though. The ladies misquoted on pricing consistently throughout service. They spent my whole service discussing my daughters age as if everybody is short and stubby. Then altered their ages for kids polish. At first I thought i found my new nail shop but that was enough for me to not come back. Service isn't done but i guarantee you I'm not paying more than the listed price for any service. Also, i am a frequent flyer. I get my nails done, along with my daughters every two weeks. They just missed ongoing good business and tips. Sidebar: My nails were cute. I've been to many nail salons but I always keep coming back to this one. I'll even drive farther now that I've moved. It's a family business and they are wonderful! They get to know their customers and do an outstanding job. I've been going since they opened in 2004 and love them dearly. These folks are the hardest of workers and truly care about their customers and their craft. I highly recommend. read more

THIS PLACE IS OBVIOUSLY NOT FOR PEOPLW OF COLOR. I waited over 40 min which I was initially told it would be 24 minutes 3 white people walk in and immediately get service. One came in right after me and was seated before me and service was started their excuse was the lady who cut down her nails doesn't do nails that's a lie! I witnessed her do other people. Then as I'm walking out the lady says o she's about to do yours at that point I've been passed over 3 times. I even asked if the other people had appointments and they did not. First the place looks clean in these pictures however the place is dirty. The have signs for customers not to use their phones but every employee uses their phones. The towels look like the only get rinsed vs washed with detergent. I personally will never come here. I had to ask the two ladies to stop using their phones and to wash their hands. Unsanitary! This was the best nail experience I've had in Burleson in the past 15 years. The employees are attentive, the pedicures and manicures are amazing. They are kind and caring and very efficient. It is the only nail salon I have visited in Burleson where I can understand them and they can understand me. I wouldn't waste my money here. My daughter and I were excited to try out this new place. It is beautiful inside. I just wish the nails were as beautiful. We went a total of three times and the nails got worse each time. The last set of nails that we paid for, didn't even stay on a week. We had received 20% off for their "Grand Opening" but for only staying on a week, that ended up not being a good deal. I made an appointment for my wife and I to have our feet done for 2 o'clock this past Monday. We were running early from running errands so I called and asked if we could come in at 1 o'clock and they said that they were ready for us. We arrived, we got seated in our chairs and about 20 minutes later one of the techs came asked us if we wanted drinks. we ordered but before she got back to our chairs she spilled them on the floor. it took her another 10 or 15 minutes to clean that up before she brought us our drinks. Then I asked her for more hot water in my tub since it taking so long. She turned the hot water on and went away to do something else and the next thing we know the water is overflowing all over the floor. Another 20 minutes to clean that up before they even got started on our feet. We asked for another round of drinks. The tech, wearing the gloves she had been wearing to work on someone else's feet, served us drinks. I had to repour my wife's drink because she was so disgusted. She then proceeded to work on the other clients feet without changing gloves. When we were ready to pay she came back, yes, wearing the same gloves and rang us up. 2 hours of disappointment and very poor hygiene habits....WE WILL NOT BE BACK. read more
