very professional staff, attentive and helpful with selecting lenses and frames. Made the process for selecting glasses and provided feedback that was ver y helpful read more

AVOID THIS PLACE. Staff are HORRIBLE, miscommunicative and irretrievably lacking in situational awareness and professionalism. Front Desk ranges from openly apathetic to "I'd rather work at the DMV." If you can find three working brain cells among the entire crew? You had a really good day there. Why my ire? I went to this new shop to get new glasses and new contact lenses and when my order came in, I called Marcos (one of the aforementioned "geniuses") who let me know "everything was in." I came down with a strep throat over the weekend. Monday morning my fever went to 102 before I was able to start my first dose of antibiotic so as to not make the entire staff ill and of course myself sicker and exercising this thing called "common sense" I sent somebody to pick up the glasses for me. As the person in question, picking it up for me, did not tell them that they were there necessarily to pick up my entire order, but only my glasses; 1. They handed her my glasses. 2. They never once called me to ask if it's the entirety of the order she should be picking up. It gets better. I send this person back to go pick up the contact lenses and I am told that in fact, the reason why she was not handed the lenses was not because she didn't ask for them, but because the doctor wanted to see them in my eye. In other words, when Marcos called me to let me know that my glasses were in, at that time he should've scheduled me to come back in to see the doctor for the contact lens fitting section of the examination. Marcos told me that the only reason why my trial contact lenses were not handed to this woman was because she did not ask for them. I had to send a woman back to go and deal with this nonsense, and I still don't have my contact lenses. A gentleman named Ray got on the phone with me who seemed to think that calling me, "my dear" is the height of professionalism, said that he was trying to get to the bottom of this. To make matters worse? The glasses that were delivered had smudges on both lower corners on both the reading glasses and the distance glasses. When you see this place on Graham Avenue, you should quicken your pace and run quickly away. This is ALSO THE VERY FIRST EYE SHOP WHERE MY NEW GLASSES CAME SMUDGED UP IN THE LOWER CORNERS. PS: If I could give this place, NO stars after today, I would after Dr. Indigo left a very detailed message for me yesterday about releasing my trial contact lenses to me. I sent somebody to pick them up today where upon I was told they would not be released because everybody made a decision last night to not release them, but of course nobody decided to tell me. This is not a business. Do whatever you want with these people at your own peril personally I think a pet store would be a nicer addition to the space, it would bring a sense of professionalism and humanity where there is currently none here. read more

I don't usually review doctors but was surprised at how low the rating is here so wanted to leave a review! Did my annual exam here and got some help regarding dry eyes / staring at a computer screen all day. I only waited maximum 10 min before I was seen and I was in and out in less than an hour with my new prescription! Dr Indigo answered all my questions with patience and the man who did the tests was super kind as well. Highly recommend this place. read more

I have been coming here since they open. They take my daughter's insurance and they have always been very helpful. They say two weeks for glasses but we usually get them sooner. The only thing they always seem to have different staff. I've maybe seen the same person a couple of times. Not sure if that's good or bad. But overall pretty content with them read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Both the male and female receptionists were extremely rude and unprofessional. The man spoke over me aggressively while I was trying to discuss my children's glasses, and the woman hung up on me mid-sentence when I asked to speak to a manager. She even said it was "inconvenient" to find out what time the manager would be in. I've never been treated with such blatant disrespect. Avoid this place. read more

if you don't go your loosing out ! Amaxing service and gorgeous set up!! Take my word I will not direct you wrong.

Robin at the front desk was very helpful. I wanted to get a pair of glasses to wear all the time even though I technically only need them for reading and close up work, it was starting to get inconvenient to keep putting them on and taking them off. She helped me go through all my options. She was very thorough and helped me pick the best choice for me. She also helped me pick a separate pair of sunglasses. I absolutely love both and am very happy with how they look on me. This place is wonderful! I have always had excellent help here as everyone who works here is knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Eyepic Graham Eye Care and especially Robin! read more

I had the best experience with Dr. Indigo. She was knowledgeable and an active listener while addressing all the concerns that I presented with. She was able to provide me with multiple solutions to my presenting concerns all while giving guidance and reassurance. I look forward to my visual clarity with the help of her clinical skills. Plus she provided me with multiple samples to try out (which is always a plus). read more

I have nothing but praise from the moment I walked in for my appointment on 12/7/22, to the moment I left. First of all the 2 young ladies whose names are Alishia and Juliette were professional and so very sweet and kind and informative with all my questions. The wait time to see the Doctor who is also very informative and kind was no more than 10 minutes. I have another appointment this week for a special eye test and I'm looking forward to seeing Alishia and Juliette. They made me feel like I mattered they were honest about which eyewear looked good or not and I truly appreciated it. So if you're looking for an Exceptional Eye Care Doctor then look no further. I never leave reviews but I wanted to share my outstanding experience with Eyepic. Thank you so much!! read more

I found this place through my eye insurance website. I was nervous because it was brand new and didn't have any reviews, but I was able to be seen the same day I called (within an hour and half of calling). This place was super clean, but I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen which is why I am docking then a star. Once I was seen, I was out within 40 minutes meaning that the whole experience (a full eye exam) took one hour. The staff was super nice and helpful. The facilities were immaculate and the equipment seemed brand new in terms of the technology being used. The best part of the experience was the optometrist. Dr. P was so nice, professional, intelligent and walked me through everything she did step by step. I'm actually scared of eye doctors but I was not scared due to how communicative and friendly this doctor was. Granted I have no idea how big the bill was (since I used insurance), so I can't comment on that, but based on the people and experience I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I was super excited to find a new eye doctor in the city, unfortunately my experience was a combination of confusion and annoyance. I initially scheduled an appointment for a usual eye check up. Note I have been going to the eye doctor since I was child and have experiences with several practices. At the time of arrival, I was told they offer two service: Medical exam and basic exam. I was told the basic exam only was a assessment of your prescription and if I wanted something more I needed to do the medical exam. I will say I was slightly confused because in the past all my vision check ups had an option where I could have my vision assessed, dilated, and pressure etc. tests. I was also told my medical insurance wouldn't cover it so I had to pay the full $175 The medical exam was very comprehensive which I appreciated but it wasn't exactly what I came in for. The medical exam was also a lot pricier than the basic exam so I wasn't too thrilled about that either. I had Dr. Vu who was very knowledgeable, however he didn't really take his time to explain the issues he saw in my x rays. I did ask him a few times to clarify what he meant because his explanations were very technical, he did but I can't say I was left any less confused. I have separate vision insurance and reached out to them to see if they would have covered a portion of my eye exam based on the itemized bill I sent them. My vision insurance confirmed they would so I reached back out to Eyepic to ask if they can bill my insurance so I could get a portion refunded. Long story short, I spent days trying to get a hold of them just for them to say "your medical exam can not be covered by your vision insurance because it falls under medical". They said this despite me already telling them my vision insurance confirmed they would cover a portion. In the end, my vision insurance did reimburse a portion luckily despite Eyepic being extremely uncooperative. Unfortunately I will not be returning because of the negative experience. read more

got my glasses in another state and they were shipped to me so I never got the fine tune adjustments you usually get when you pick them up. Walked in and asked to see if they could. The staff was so sweet and happily did it for free. As a college student who has more recently moved to the city full time I will definitely be considering making this my new optometry spot. read more

The office told me my eyeglasses would be ready in 5 business days... 17 days later, it was 'still on backorder'. I called the office for 3 consecutive days: 'Backordered' 'Backordered' 'Backordered' On the third day, they changed their story! "We've had your eyeglasses all along... we've been trying to reach you." But of course, there's no technician in today -- so I need to wait an additional 4 days. It's shameful. read more

They don't have any clue what they are doing! I went in because they told me they took my insurance!! When I was in the waiting room I got called to the reception and she told me that they didn't take my insurance but I can pay $350 to see the doctor lol No thanks, so I got called back saying they did indeed take my insurance!! I was already overwhelmed with the nonsense!! Thank you next! read more

The service is great shout-out to Dr. Indigo however they have this new dumb policy where they charge you $50 if you're 10 min late. But other than that I recommend them the front desk staff is super friendly. read more

I've got a super strong prescription. The doctor was phenomenal during the exam and Lea & the staff were absolutely terrific. Lea helped me find the exact pair of glasses i wanted. They had the oliver peoples Cary grant glasses in brown but i wanted them in black. So Lea ordered them and ensured i got the best pricing with my insurance. Glasses came in within a week and i couldn't be happier! read more

I wanna start by saying the doctors here are amazing, both exams I had were thorough, informative, and very professional. The office staff on the other hand needs to get their act together. I have had a problem every single time I have gone into the office including wrong price quote for my appointment and what the appointment included, not being called back with information, being held on the phone for over 20mins (hanging up and calling back because they forgot about me), and them loosing my contacts after confirming they were ready. The staff is very kind but as far as professionalism goes, they have wasted a lot of my time and it's very frustrating. The wait time in office is also pretty bad... again, amazing doctors but you will be wasting a lot of your time here. read more
