A couple of months ago my primary eye care center in Mariemont closed down. I was able to retain my…read moreprescription from them after I received the news. I was looking for one near my home. Whenever I shop at Walmart I pass by this place. I asked my friend that works at Walmart if she had any problems and highly recommended them. She told me the pricing is VERY reasonable. So I decided to try them out. I didn't need an appointment. I just walked in on a weekday after work. Elijah helped me both times (drop off and pickup). I already had my glasses (I ordered them online through another company) and prescription with me. The process was so fast and simple. I used a progressive lens and I upgraded to no scratch instead of plastic. I also got the lighting control due to my job. 8 hours in front of the computer. After the measurements and processing, I couldn't believe the pricing. It's much cheaper than all the other places I've been to including Lens Crafters. It only took a week. They send it to a lab for processing. Then when it's ready, they send you a text. You have to pay IN full before they send it out. When I went for pick up,, I tried the glasses on and loved it! The lens was super clear. Better than my primary glasses I currently used. I had some adjustment made on the fitting and I was good to go. I ordered a couple more frames through another site and will be coming back very soon. My Mr also wants to try them out. Currently, they don't have an optician at this location. They are still hiring. But when they do next year, I will be using this place. Btw, they have a great selection of name brand glasses and sunglasses. Pricing is definitely affordable. Don't sleep on Walmart Vision. I had an excellent experience. Elijah was down to earth and helpful.

They don't have an optometrist, yet but they're working on that, and in the meantime they're accepting prescriptions from other places. They offer a plethora of different frames and lens options to choose from to customize your experience and fit any price range. Melissa was very friendly and helpful during the entire process. I brought in three frames of my own and she helped fit them for my lenses. I opted for standard lenses with anti-glare and it was only $125 per frame ($20 processing fee for bringing in your own frames). Considering how much I've paid for frames and lenses elsewhere, I'd say I would absolutely come back here again.

Having this membership qualified me for a very nice discount that I was not anticipating. Because of this unexpected discount, I also purchased some designer sunglasses. This place is awesome!!…read more I was in need of some new specs and was looking for a unique set. The run-of-the-mill frames just don't do it for me and was looking to be inspired. Well, I found my inspiration at York Vision. First, their inventory is VAST. I don't know if I have seen such a selection in my life. Brands i've never heard of, styles I've never seen. This place honestly has it all. The sales associate (forgive me sir, I have forgotten your name) was super respectful, gave us space, shared information when necessary, and proved to have a wealth of knowledge over the materials. He also helped us with payment information and ways to seek reimbursement from insurance. I was on a time crunch, leaving the state in 14 days, and was concerned I wouldn't revive the glasses in time. The associate offered to ship the glasses to me if they did not arrive before my departure, but was pretty confident that they would arrive on time. Sure enough, the glasses were ready in record time. I absolutely LOVE them and couldn't be happier with my purchase and York Vision. Check this place out and im sure you'll be pleasantly surprised
