At the time of purchase, I was told that it would take two weeks to receive my glasses, and they would be sent directly to my home. Unfortunately Two weeks to the day I received a notification that my glasses had arrived, at which point I confirmed that they were to be sent to me by mail since I live three hours away from the location. However, after not having received my glasses I contacted the location at which point they told me they still had my glasses and they had not been mailed. And then question whether or not I had paid the shipping fee which was insulting considering I had given them $600 for the purchase which included the fee. So now I continue to wait, which is not the end of the world I just had always assumed anything that required medical insurance to purchase should be hot held to a higher standard of service. Due to the fact of falls under medical jurisdiction Update: They had someone look into my situation, they get my business back.

The last time I waited in the exam room for the doctor with no updates for over 1.5 hours. Hard to believe a medical office is run this way. She immediately had a change in attitude for the worse as if she no longer wanted to attend to me. She hastily brought over the box and I looked through it. She walked away and seemed like she was hoping I hurriedly found something bc she seemed uninterested in helping. The only thing I could ascertain this attitude to is someone who was not going to "Make a commission or an Upsale" to which this seemed very apparent and transparent by her attitude! This business should be closed and lose its customers for the awful treatment of staff from start to finish. He did surgery on my one eye back several years ago after I got Cataracts from having my eye repaired from an accident (kicked in the eye). This 2nd eye was doing well until recently and so I had to have this one taken care of. They explain everything ahead of time and give you everything you need. They got me in fairly quick, I was worried I would have to wait months. I will continue to go to him at his practice. My wife started out with Dr. Vazeen but somehow over the years got transferred to a different doctor in the office. Not sure how this happened but every time she goes in now she has the other doctor. I just think they need to be more transparent when you make the appointment as to which doctor you will be working with. She needs the same surgery I have had and will be getting it done with the other doctor in the office, sure hope that person is as good as Doctor Vazeen. I have friends that go here to and they told my wife that Dr. Vazeen would only hire the best. That's a comfort for her.
