We went into Eyemart Express needing new lenses for my daughter's glasses, but her frames were to small they weren't sure if new lenses would fit. Instead of just sending us away, the staff went above and beyond to help us find a new pair of glasses that were slightly bigger, and they look absolutely amazing on her! The service is amazing. From the moment we entered for our appointment with Dr. Long until we selected our glasses. The office staff and technicians are kind and helpful. Very bad experience. I asked for an itemized receipt of the hundreds of dollars that I just spent and the manager actually told me that he couldn't give me an itemized receipt, and that my credit card slip was good enough. I insisted on an itemized receipt of all of the charges, and was then treated terribly because I asked for an itemized receipt of what I just purchased. Wow. read more

Such a great place to take care of all your vision needs. I was so impressed with every aspect of this business. Such a wonderful, professional and friendly staff. I had a 10:30 appointment, and was seen by the Doctor within minutes after filling out the needed forms. Dr. McKnight was an absolute delight. I then was helped by Sherri to find a pair of glasses. They tell you they do take your insurance, then decide they don't... then the girl got snippy with me when I told her I wanted the copy of my daughters insurance cards back since they apparently don't take my insurance.. and I quote "you can come with me to watch me shred them over there" no I did not ask you to shred them I waned the copies back! Went down the street to Deputy Optics received great service bigger selection for my daughters insurance and much happier. I will say the optometrist there is top notch, they caught a VERY serious condition for my oldest daughter, and made sure it was taken care of right away. read more

This place is a joke. My wife had an appointment for 12 PM today she waited an hour and a half she asked the receptionist how much longer receptionist said. Just a few more minutes What kind of service is this when you have an appointment for 12 . hour and a half later she was still sitting down waiting she finally walked out of the place . Don't go at Lunch! I went here on 10/31/18. I didn't look at the time. But was asked to take a seat and they would be right with me. There were a few other people in the store, the 2 rep's were actively working with customers, when one woman just stood up and said "I just want to get my glasses", in a loud and angry voice. They of course got her glasses immediately. Had she said she was on her lunch hour or would've told them... I am sure they would've gotten to her sooner. I was helped next and told them I was in no hurry. Manager Kyle was very thorough and helped me pick out a perfect frame for my face... and was very kind, considerate and nice....despite being scolded earlier! Give them a break people and maybe call ahead and see when a good time is to come in... or just be a little more patient! read more

This is hands down the best customer service as well as experience I have received actually ever at any establishment in Carson City In my 26 years of being a resident here.. Not only were they extremely efficient and professional, They we're so nice going above and beyond to ensure I received the best experience managing to squeeze me in an hour after I had called requesting an appointment and I was finished within 2 hours with not only the exam but also having new prescription glasses in hand. They have the biggest selection of options for frames covered by medicaid I have seen in Carson City and my frames were finished within 26 minutes of choosing.. My previous choice for the last 3 years prior to this, Eyezone, gave me a very limited tray of really cheap options of frames and it took a month until I got them back and was able to wear them And they ended up breaking every year 3 year halfway through the year if not sooner so I am beyond thrilled with my experience today and will not be going anywhere else but here in the future. read more
