I needed my prescription sunglasses adjusted and wanted to check their prices for new glasses. Thank you Stephanie Shots for adjusting my glasses on the spot and cleaning them up for me! Stephanie was busy but got Dave to assist me in looking at some eyewear that was more affordable. Even though they carry mostly designer glasses they do have an affordable line collection. What I really liked about Dave was that he helped guide me in which glasses he thought would be best for my face. If I tried on a pair that didn't look great he was honest and told me no those won't work for your face. With his assistance I found an affordable frame that I am in love with!! The optometrist was very sweet to my son. We were seen immediately, so no wait time. Delilah was our tech and she was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and made us laugh. The optometrist was great, but I cannot say a nice thing about any one of the women on the sales floor. And when I went back to have my glasses adjusted, they were once again incredibly unhelpful. I ended up purchasing ear grips for my glasses rather than trying to plead with them to take me seriously.

They tell me I have to wait and see if my insurance covered it and they'll let me know (they didn't) and they wait until I come in the day or the appointment to tell me the answers I was looking for weeks prior. Either they don't know what they're doing or they're just not good at listening. Probably both. But if you don't want your time wasted, highly suggest going somewhere else.
