They were also accommodating to the fact that I had two extra children with me (family emergency). The wait time was minimal. The doctor was very professional and I felt that he did a thorough examination on the both of us. I found his diagnosis to be sincere and he wasn't pushy about glasses or contacts , which I know some doctors can be even for the slightest eye "blur". It is difficult talking to people about mental health because there is a stigma and people are very judgmental. Dr. Ng is very understanding, patient, empathetic, and professional. During our first visit we talked for almost an hour and I basically laid out my life story for her and the reason(s) for my struggles. I felt very comfortable talking to her as if I was talking to my sister or a friend that I trust. Alisha(Dr. Ng personal assistant/office manager) is great as well. Although I can tell she stays busy she is well organized and does a great job at getting back to people promptly. Dr. Ng front desk staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming and makes you feel right at home the minute you walk in. I feel very lucky and fortunate to have found Dr. Ng when I did. I look forward to a long and successful Doctor/patient relationship with her and her office for all of my medical needs. And I will definitely be referring my friends to her as well. 5/5.
