I love this place!! The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They made me feel right at home the moment I walked in. Guilmer was amazing!! He was quick and efficient, and did all his work with a huge smile. He did all the preliminary testing before Dr. Ha saw me. She was quick and informative. Gave me all kinda of insight and info on my different options (I want to have LASIK done.) After my exam, Guilmer helped me pick out a fab new pair of Tom Ford lenses. They have a wide selection of designers! Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you Guilmer and Dr. Ha!! :) read more

I got a Groupon for this place and was very excited to get my new glasses. Although the groupon wasn't clear in stating that I would need to pay out of pocket regardless, Raul was as helpful as possible in every way. If I could change anything it would be how rude one of the gentleman was when it came to trying to help me out with the price. Raul walked me through the entire process and helped me get the best price possible. He even helped me choose my styles of glasses I was getting. Definitely ask for him if you ever use this place as your optometry office! read more

I walked in without an appt needing new glasses and an updated prescription. Everyone was not only super efficient, but extremely nice and friendly and made me feel at home. My dad had gone there a week before and recommended them so i went after 6 years of not being checked up. I was treated ever so kindly and not pushed or forced to do or buy anything. I am beyond happy with the service I received today I will most definitely be going back for more frames and checkups. Thank you to the front desk, Alexis, the adorable, most thorough doctor, Carla Watase and Avan Tran for the exam and finding the right frames for my face and exceptional pricing. Highly reccomend!! read more

This business is what every small business should strive to be. Their customer service is just amazing. Went in a couple of days ago and I was left astonished. read more

Very friendly staff and good service. Eat some pho and get your eyes checked.

I normally dread Any health appointments because there's always little to gain for me. I usually walk into an optometry, get 5 mins with the doctor, one set of trails and I'm back there again and again and again bc they don't fit, my eyes are dry or the contacts are super shifty and nearly cause me a heart attack while on the road. Went to see dr Ha and she was super supportive. She recommended dailies and let me try the monthly contacts as well. Loving the dailies though! Tip: Kill 3 birds with one stone. Get pho two stores down, haircut next door and eye exam in one plaza. Gone done and did read more

My experience at Eyecon Optometry was excellent. I arrived a few minutes early to complete paperwork and was seen at the time of my scheduled appointment. The receptionist was kind and friendly. The doctor saw me shortly after and was knowledgeable, efficient, and very well spoken. Raul was assigned to help me pick out glasses (a daunting task with so many choices!). Raul was incredibly patient and helped me sort through the many options. He offered me his advice and opinion and seemed very genuine as I tried on pair after pair. He truly was a pleasure to work with. He definitely knew his product and was comfortable making suggests that he thought would fit me best. My overall experience at Eyecon was great, I would highly recommend their services. I go back in one to two weeks to pick up my new glasses :) read more

Upon walking in everyone is so welcoming and stay with a smile, the doctor is so educated and spoke so gentle, which made me naturally even calmer. Picking out frames were a blast, Raul helped me find the right frame for my face, and even worked with me on with special options a can apply to my new eye wear. Overall they are the ones to go to if your looking for some new spects. read more

I walked in yesterday without an appointment and as usual, Peter assisted us right away, with a smile. Then, Avan took over and was super helpful, friendly and so nice. He followed up with me today and it is a breath of fresh air to have such quick service and amazing customer service. Two thumbs up to the entire Eyecon team!!! read more

** 27 PEOPLE RATED THIS OFFICE == 5 STARS, PRETTY AMAZING!!! That says a lot. The staff and doctor will make the process of getting glasses so easy. If you're having a hard time selecting an eye vision office, come here. You won't be disappointed and here's why: -- The office is very clean, up-to-date, and easy to find. -- Plenty of parking in the back. -- Great selection of frames. -- Frame prices are affordable. -- The staff is very attentive and well-informed on what glasses will work for you. -- They helped me locate and select the right frame for me in line with my budget. And I absolutely love my new frame and right in line with my budget. -- They don't try to lead you to the more expensive frames or up-sell you.. Dr. Ha, she was so gracious and highly professional. She advised me on my vision problems and what I needed to take care of now and later. She's very proactive and answered all my questions before I even had to ask. Her staff performed several tests on my eyes which I appreciated very much. I went on a Saturday with no appointment and only to look at frames. If I liked what I saw, then I was going to make an appt. Surprisingly, the staff said that the doctor could see me. Made my day. This office made the process of selecting and buying new glasses so easy. P.S. - They also have snacks available for customers and lots of magazines. *****Follow up review: Eyecon called to tell me my glasses came in early then they planned (yeah!) so come in...so happy. When I arrived they even remembered my last name, helped me try on my glasses, gave me a free bottle of eyeglass cleaner, AND a thank you note (first-time ever gift and thank you note from any opto store). This is a classy place for sure. read more

Lovely people and excellent, professional service! Dr. Watase was great - very professional, patient, kind, and it really felt like she wanted to make sure I got the best eye care possible! All staff members I met were really wonderful as well - Avan the assistant manager was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me pick out a new pair of frames that I really love! Glad I came to this practice :) read more

EyeConn is co-located with a Pearle store. While EyeConn accepted my insurance, Pearle did not. I wasn't notified of this until after I paid for the eye exam. This doesn't make any sense. I had the receptionist verify my insurance when I called to make the appointment, but she only verified it for EyeConn, not for Pearle. Now I have to either pay Pearle out of pocket or go somewhere else. I will not return to EyeConn. read more

Terrific service , friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. I am very confident of the results and advice.

Office staff is very warm and the atmosphere is very inviting. I loved that they were super patient and understanding of my indecisiveness in selecting contacts versus glasses. If it weren't for changes in cost without my prior authorization, they would have had my business for a long time to come. All things considered, great place! read more

Dr. Ha and her staff are absolutely fabulous! I found Dr. Ha when I decided I wanted to try Ortho-K treatment. I consulted with 2 places and opted going with Dr. Ha, at the time my decision was based on how well she treated me as just a potential client. Let me tell you, as a patient of hers now for over 4 months, she has gone above and beyond to take care of me. Though Ortho-K ended up not being suitable for me, she was always there to answer all my questions via email and I was always welcomed to come in and see her on countless appointments. I am now making the switch to daily contacts -- Dr. Ha and her staff have made the transition smooth and comforting. They value their patients and I very much appreciate all they have done and continue to do to make my vision perfect! Thank you EyeCon Optometry!! read more

Excellent service here!! Dr. and workers were all very nice and caring. Attended us quickly. Definitely recommend thank you!!!

POOR..POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE last year my daughter gifted me the cost of new glasses, she had a coupon form EyeCon Optometry. Well even with the saving of the coupon. I found the frame selection limited and locked behind glass cabinet. I am used to LensCrafters, where you can try as many frames as i wanted. and the total cost from EyeCon was much higher then LansCrafters, even after using the coupon. EyeCon has been sending my e-mail to visit them and to get new glasses. But I was busy to go. Two nights ago, the left lense came of the frame. This morning I went to EyeCon to have the reinstall the lense and check on the price of new lens to goon the same frame and the price for preconception sun glasses. When i got to the store, I told the man behind the counter that i need them to reinstall the lens, he talekd to one of the people behind the counter then he told me that it well cost me TEN DOLLARS. I asked why, he said "It will take long time to install it". I told hm it will take less than a minute to put it back in place, and they should do it for free like LenseCrafters. He said it will cost ten dollars, of course I did not ask about the new glasses. I told him he lost a customer, he did not care. While in the store, I pooped the lins back in place in less than 5 seconds! no tools required. EyeCon is a small pup and Mom store, that they dont value costumer service and repeat business. I learned my lesson, I am back to the great LensCrafters, Topanga Plaza read more

When I first walked into Eyecon, I was immediately amazed by the detail and care that went into the decor and design of the office. It had a modern feel with artwork, two-toned painted walls and nice light fixtures, but also was homey with clean wooden floors and cabinets, plants and comfortable seats. I decided that if this doctor had put in this much attention to the detail and care of her office, then she must also be giving a great amount of care and detail when seeing and examining her patients. The doctor herself was very kind and professional in manner. She had a good variety of frames; was particularly impressed with her line of kids frames. She even had kid sunglasses and tiny frames for babies, which I dont see often! I think this doctor is part of a program in which she sees babies between the ages 6-12 months at no charge- which is really cool. Very, very impressed with this office. read more

EyeCon Optometry is a brand new place with an amazing atmosphere and lots of beautiful frames to choose from. I've been to many optometrists but none have ever been as thorough and as competent as Dr. Laura Ha. She actually fixed my previous prescription and made my vision so much better. And I love my new Prada frames and Salt sunglasses. She helped me pick the perfect frames for my face. She and her staff really know what they're doing and go out of their way to make you look great! I would recommend Dr. Ha and her practice to anyone. My husband hates any type of doctor but he had to admit she was great and found him the perfect frames. read more
