In a few months, they'll be moving to a new location, downtown Freehold near the American hotel. The store has wonderful and caring people will who are able to recommend to you the best looking eyewear within your budget. I am a collector of eyewear. I often literally coordinate my eyewear to my fashion. They make it affordable because they run specials. So they run specials, are they smooth sales people? Unequivocally, the answer is no. Several times I've looked at expensive glasses and if it doesn't look right, they'll tell you. Sometimes they sell me the more moderately priced frames. Who's ever heard of an honest sales person? Thank you Sean, Steve and the manager, Laurie. I've not used their current optometrist so I cannot say anything about him. I wish them continued success at the FRM location and look forward to seeing them again in their new downtown Freehold location.

I called this morning and was able to get an appointment for later on in the day. perfect. They sent me a link for paperwork via text message, filled it out took all of 5 minutes. Awesomeness. I arrive and receptionist goes over paperwork I sent back. I sit and wait for a few minutes. The tech set me up with some eye charts and machine etc. Then I went to see Dr. Greenfield who is absolutely the sweetest, kindest professional person I ever met. We talked bout my last visit to eye dr.s, which I guiltily admitted it had been way too long. She put my head in the machine and away she went with her stuff. We talked for a bit, said my eyes weren't that bad just needed to kick up the script a notch and I was done. Easy peasy. Now settled the bill and got my script to go over to the actual eyeglass people. All I wanted to do was keep my frames and replace the script in the lenses. Unfortunately the machine was done. ok..so She made a copy of my script and took my name n number to call me when the machine is back to working. Now it's just hurry up and wait...All in all the doctor portion was awesome, having a machine down, that took a star away. Anyway definitely a worthy check in to see Dr. Greenfield.

Brand new glasses came in with something on the lens, two lines half an inch long, and one of the employees says they are a manufacturer marking. She tells a long tale about black lights and clubs. I am convinced that my prescription isn't even accurate because of how crappy and old their equipment was. 5 minutes after the exam the doctor goes, okay now go sit with so and so and she will help you pick out glasses. Her desk along with another girls desk is backed up to the frames wall so you can barely even walk in between them to try glasses on. There are barely any mirrors and the glasses were all dated and cheap looking. Is this place actually serious?! Please do not go here.
