I've been here a few times and it's honestly fairly mediocre. Like they get the job done when you need it, but I'm gonna be honest I end up having to tweeze myself because my eyebrows don't always turn out even. I only ever went here when I absolutely needed my eyebrows done and didn't want to drive across town.
That being said, I'm now done with this place. I had some of the worst customer service ever yesterday getting my eyebrows done. I have no idea if the other girls are nice but I can tell you the middle aged woman who works there is incredibly rude. She fails to understand from the client perspective that threading hurts. And instead of offering advice or trying to be polite about it, she yelled at me. On top of that my eyebrows of course weren't even. She went in to "fix" them and then she was like "i removed one hair" in the most sarcastic tone. I was in complete shock and quite angry at her tone and the sheer fact that she made me feel like some little kid getting yelled at throughout the threading. I didn't even want her to go in and make them even for a second time, I was so uncomfortable there that I just wanted to leave and fix them myself. Mind you, I get my eyebrows threaded twice a month, so I know what to expect, and yeah it hurts but other ladies are usually pretty nice about it. This woman, no.
This place gets one star for having a rude employee who has zero customer service skills like that and for its mediocre service. I highly recommend any other place. read more
