I called to make sure they had availability for a mani/ pedi and the woman told me to come on in. I walk in less than 10 minutes later and the same woman immediately asks if I called a few minutes ago. She remained in her seat watching videos on a tablet, but did say something to a gentleman working and he told me to sit in the last chair. I assumed she told him the services I was interested in. He started my pedicure in luke warm water, the "hot" towels used were not in the warmer which was right next to my chair instead he took dry towels ran then under warm water in the sink and used those. Once finished he went to the sink and started prepping towels to put in the warmer. After about 5 minutes I ask if he will also be the one to do my manicure. With a bit of an attitude he said he didn't know I was getting a manicure too, but that he would do it. I asked for gel polish and my manicure looked VERY nice for one day. After that the gel started bubbling and peeling. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures but I definitely wont be going back. Let me also add that the woman continued watching videos loudly on her tablet and taking phone calls. This was not a great experience but they are open on Mondays.

This husband/wife team gouged me for $30 for toe nail gel polish with no remorse. No price list listed for polish change only, just pedicure services. A normal pedicure was only $38, so a good/honest proprietor would have suggested this service instead of charging me $30 for nail polish only. I will never go back there & warning you to beware, not patronize this salon with blatant unsavory practices. I now understand why the shop was totally empty @ 12N on a Thursday.

After he painted my nails he put my feet back in the water, which I've never had anyone ever do that. When I got to the table to get my mani I decided to get gel x...yea shouldn't have decided to do that. I ain't never gotten anything done like the way he was doing my gel x. This place is not sanitary at all. He cut my cuticle twice and I started bleeding and he did not do anything about it. He also picked up a nail off the floor and glued it to my finger and that was my last straw. I told him nvm on the nails and I'll just pay for the toes and all of a sudden everyone started acting very rude like they couldn't take criticism and I was very nice about everything. I will not be returning and I don't recommend this place. The Health Department needs to close this place down. They left me alone to take the nails off as well.

He said they are celebrating 30 years in business this March! He has several stylists to choose from, but since I hadn't been there I let him recommend someone who can handle my somewhat unique situation: thick, curly, and definitely unruly hair. It's never easy to get a good haircut with layers. One gal happened to have an opening the same day. The prices were quite reasonable, too! (I hate paying much for this kind of thing but several months ago I went to a chain store and got the worst cut in my life and have been trying to grow it out ever since. ) Once I arrived at the cute house-turned-Salon, there was no wait for my stylist ... she was efficient, pleasant and started right in by washing and conditioning my hair. She did a great job, especially when she blew dried and styled it..... I asked her to straighten it out a bit which took a really long time with two different types of brushes, and several hair products along the way. My hair turned out very nicely! Next time I will probably go for color & highlights which will be a lot more costly but I think it'll be better outcome than my current way of doing this myself. Highly recommend this salon!
