I honestly should've read the reviews before even stepping into this place but my sister had invited me so I said why not? When we got there we were told that the mani + pedi was just 70$ I was like a little high priced, but okay. There are 4 old men working here and I did not think anything of it. When doing my feet the man was very nice and flirtatious, which is fine old men are like that. He did my feet okay could've used another top coat but I just let it go. After he painted my nails he put my feet back in the water, which I've never had anyone ever do that. When I got to the table to get my mani I decided to get gel x...yea shouldn't have decided to do that. I ain't never gotten anything done like the way he was doing my gel x. This place is not sanitary at all. He cut my cuticle twice and I started bleeding and he did not do anything about it. He also picked up a nail off the floor and glued it to my finger and that was my last straw. I told him nvm on the nails and I'll just pay for the toes and all of a sudden everyone started acting very rude like they couldn't take criticism and I was very nice about everything. I will not be returning and I don't recommend this place. The Health Department needs to close this place down. They left me alone to take the nails off as well. read more

Literally the worse nail experience ever. I walked in requesting a gel mani. Was helped within a reasonable time; however, when another lady walked in being disrespectful, I was moved out of my service chair with a bowl of acetone and told to take off my own nail polish (the other lady was assisted). BEWARE! This is my first time ever giving a nail salon a 1 star. If I could give them 0 i would. Got my gel bails done this last Thursday. Even though I made two daytime appointments it took a whooping 3 hours. There's only 3 nail techs on regular daytime hours. They rush you out to get as many clients as possible. People came and left because of the wait time. One girl for acrylic and she was telling her nail tech that her nails were crooked and she was not happy. She asked to get her nails removed and the nail tech did not want to listen to her or didn't understand her idk which was it. I went back yesterday, (Monday) and the nail tech "fixed" them and she was NOT happy that she had to fix them since a different nail tech had done my nails. My husband and I were in town visiting family and were able to sneak out without the kids for a couple hours. I asked for a pedicure and a pink and white refill, and he wanted a men's mani and pedi. Pedicure was pretty good for me. When I was finished, I asked for a second time to have my pink and whites refilled. The girl put me on the dryer for my toes but then never did my nails. I had asked twice already and didn't feel that I should have to ask a third time. Same thing happened to my husband. They did his pedicure and put clear polish on his toes- which is weird to me. They finished his pedicure and never did his manicure. Place wasn't the cleanest but also wasn't the worst. The floors were dirty and the place was cluttered. read more

How does this place have 4 stars with pedi chairs in this condition? This place hasn't been updated or maintained in years and I'm not convinced that it's been cleaned. No cleaning items near the pedi stations and one was visibly crusty, like soap scum. Yeah, my health is more important. Not this place, not even in a pinch. read more

if I could give negative stars, I would. The customer service here sucks the gentleman with the first booth behind the register is very rude. He told me my nails were on for 4 to 5 weeks I take prenatal vitamins my nails were only on for 2 1/2 weeks. he's very rough they close at 8 PM, I walked in at 7:15 just to get my nails took off and he told me he did not have time to do it. They should change their hours then I will never go here again and I suggest you take your money and go down the street to someone who actually cares about their customers. read more

My rating is zero I do not recommend this place. Both Jack and Tina are very rude no customer service skills at all. The don't use actual nail polish they use paint, place is dirty and they don't know what they're doing. New lady Cassandra she's good but she takes forever and talks to much. read more

This place is fantastic I've been coming here for 3 years and they have recently remodeled and it's AMAZING!!. they even have little chairs for little girls to get their feet done. Tina and Danny are fantastic I refuse to go anywhere else. They are very reasonably priced. If you're looking for a place to get your nails and toes done this is the spot. read more

I have been to a lot of nail salons but this is my favorite. I came here in a rush that day because I only got 45 minutes of break from work. The place is so clean and smell good, they are friendly, the price is reasonable and they do it really fast but also really good. My nail is shinning and stay there for 1 month, nothing wrong happens with it. Highly recommended read more

Walked in and got sat down immediately. Only took an hour. Very nice. Job was a little sloppy. Had some paint on the side that didn't get removed. Paint wasn't all over nail( very light color tho so hard to see it clearly) Extra filings left on side that I had to fix up a little personally. However I got a full set for $25. read more

This is a great nail salon. I was house sitting in the area and had to find a place on short notice. This was the closest one I could find, so I walked in without an appointment. It was about 4:30 on a weekday and they were full..I waited about twenty minutes, which isn't bad considering I didn't have an appointment. Once I got into the chair, the woman who did my nails (didn't catch her name!) was SUPER friendly, and so was everyone else in the spa. She was also quick with my nails, and the prices were fair. $30 for a new full set. read more

This is the WORST salon I've ever been to. It was way too expensive for the terrible service i received. The man who put on my acrylics said I'd be done, acrylics and paint, in half an hour because I had to be somewhere. I was there for about 50 minutes. The acrylics themselves weren't that bad; my only complaint is that they were too long but it's my fault for not getting them shorter. They paint job was horrendous. The lady who painted my nails only put on one coat, so you could still see the nail underneath. I asked her if she could apply another coat and she said "It'll look fine once it dries." I got one nail with black and white zig zags, and i swear it looks like a kindergartner painted this. The lines don't meet at a point, they're rounded out, and the zig zags don't match up. Overall, my manicure was ruined,and it looks down right sloppy. No matter how many times i tried to ask her to fix them, she said "it looks fine" or "it'll look better when it's dry." DO. NOT. GO. My boyfriend bought me a gift certificate here for christmas because its close to my house. So i went to get a simple full set (french tip) and it ended up being not so simple. An older guy did my nails and he was extremely rough and rude. He didnt line up my nails to cut them to equal size even after I asked him to. They were thick in some places and thin in others with bubbles everywhere and I even found a brush hair that is stuck under the acrylic now. And after a week one broke off and the others looked like I had needed a fill in for weeks. So I went back in and told them I wanted them redone or my money back. The lady told me I was lying and had them longer than I said I did but she ended up doing them again. The entire time being very rude about it huffing and yanking my hands in every direction. They still came out horrible when she was done with them so i will never go back and advise people to never go there either. Very rude and unprofressional. It looked like only one person in there had talent to do nails and she is hard to book with. read more
