My rating is two stars only because my first purchase experience raises the average - this last…read moreexperience is about the worst Customer Service experience I've had. After stopping at the store to buy glasses, and hadn't received them after more than 10 days, I reached out to customer service. The third CS person in the session told me (after asking me to repeat and verify all my customer details shared with the first two agents), that the last order was the one I made in 2022 (same information I got logging into the portal). After I suggested the store mgr call me during their business hours, they said they'd have the mgr call me. Still waiting for a call....

When we (wife and I) went to the store, sales reps told us that they couldn't directly facilitate insurance benefits but all we had to do was contact Davis Vision and we would receive the benefits. That went nowhere so contacted Warby Parker directly. First (didn't have the date & dollar amounts available at that phone call) was told we could retroactively apply for insurance benefits but today was just told that because we received a 15% discount for buying two pairs ($1071.00 total after "discount") we could not get insurance benefits. He suggested buying 2 more pairs without a discount and we'd be able to apply insurance benefits. I questioned that that doesn't make sense, we are not trying to get $$ from Warby Parker but that they need to submit insurance paperwork for us to get the insurance $$. Bottom line, were not given correct info at retail location and then given the run-around by Davis Visio and Warby Parker :(

Having worn glasses and contacts for almost my entire life, I've been to a lot of eye clinics…read more.. Look + See is definitely one of the best clinics I've encountered so far. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel confident I'm getting the best care for my eyes! I see Dr. VanMeter for my regular eye exams. She takes the time to listen to me and makes sure I'm happy with my prescription. She always manages to dig up some samples for me, despite my not-too-common prescription. The exam rooms are spotless. It's a nice, quiet setting that's perfect for folks who experience appointment anxiety. This past year was my first time ordering glasses from the store, and I'd definitely order again. The staff were extremely helpful with my indecisiveness about the frames. They had great suggestions, and I ended up with a pair I love. I initially had some issues with the fit, and they encouraged me to return as many times as necessary to ensure I was comfortable with them. Their selection of frames are on the expensive side, but they seem to be worth the price. Things to note: There's a parking garage in the same building. You can access it through the alley to the left of the clinic. They have convenient online scheduling. They also offer an online contact ordering system, but it's a little confusing to use. I typically ask staff to order my contacts for me after my appointments.

The Roseville location made an error when ordering frames for my child. He is 13 and he had chosen…read morea black frame. The one that arrived were red and made any acne even more noticeable. They acknowledged their error and of course agreed to correct it. That was until the store manager, Alvin heard about it. He called me at work and tried to convince me to take the incorrect glasses. When I refused he became very disrespectful, condescending and rude. He told me that I would have to wait indefinitely for the frames my child wanted because they weren't in stock anyway. I tried ask why we had to wait indefinitely and Alvin yelled at me. He said that he has already told me enough times and that he had waisted enough time on me. I said, "well maybe I'm just stupid.." Alvin interrupted me to say," I think you found the right word". I went to Pearl vision Roseville after work to try to talk to a different employee. Alvin insisted on talking to me, even though I was already speaking to a different employee and I told him I was not comfortable talking to him. I ended up asking for a copy of my prescription and I left. Alvin did tell me that I would have to wait 30 days before I could go to another store. More than 30 days later, I went to Pearl vision West St Paul. That is where I learned that my insurance had been billed for glasses for my child, and that he would not be eligible for another pair for 2 years. They assured me that they could find a way around it, and ordered the black frames that my child wanted. The next day they called and left a voicemail saying they tried but they were not able to order glasses for my child. I then called Pearl vision Roseville to try to speak with Dr Meyer as he is owner of the store. I wanted to give him the opportunity do the right thing. But Alvin answered and told me that I couldn't talk to him, then he hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a very friendly employee. I asked that person to ask Dr Meyer to call me at his convenience when he was back in the office the following Monday. I didn't receive a phone call from DR Meyer. I stopped in Pearl vision Roseville to see if I could speak with Dr Meyer. I hoped to straighten it out without going to the state and filing a fraud investigation. I approached an employee who was not helping anyone. Unfortunately Alvin was there. He was with a customer, but he stood up, came across the room and started yelling at me. He said that I must leave immediately and threatened to call the police. Fortunately my child recorded that whole interaction. I wish I had made contact with Dr Meyer. He seems to be a good guy. My 2 sons and I have been customers of his for years. I believe he would have resolved the problem simply by getting my kid the glasses he had been charged for. A very simple solution. And I would have been happy. But Alvin prevented that. And now I am stuck with no glasses for my child, even though my insurance has been changed for it. So I have no choice but to file a fraud investigation. Since my child has state insurance, the fraud is against the state. Alvin is rude, condescending and disrespectful. I am not sure what the motivation is behind this. Is it because we have state insurance and he won't make any extra on up charges? Is it because I challenged him as a woman? I really have no idea but I am very uncomfortable and fearful that he has access to my information.

Called them and was told that we are permanently banned from Pearle since we have had too many no shows and they have left countless messages for us. When we called a second time to discuss the situation, the person answered the phone and said "f*** off and hung up. Is this how we do business now. We will never darken the doorstep of this craphole again. And to top it off, we were giving them a SECOND CHANCE after they grossly overcharged us back in 2015.

I say brand name loosely because you'll find Coach, Sperry, Michael Kors, Dyson but you'll likely come across Mossimo or some Target Brand most often. All of the stuff there is new (not used or gently used) but they may be in opened boxes or not in season. They have very reasonable prices (I got a brand new pair of sperry shoes for $10) and my sister got her prom dress there for $20 and it was orginally $300+. They also have a furniture section that offers a really great selection on rugs, couches, chairs, etc. I got my sectional there for $200 and it was brand new with a modern design. I'd say if you are willing to spend a little extra time searching the racks and shelves, it will be worth your trip to this store. Only drawback is the intense Chinese food smell that lingers over from the Great Moon Buffet next door. It smells delicious when you first walk in, but after a while, can make you feel a little queasy. Sidenote: If you go here on your birthday, they give you 20% an item purchase - this includes furniture and electronics!

You never know what they will have because the inventory changes daily. You will find everything from clothes to toys to house hold furniture. The customer service is very friendly. One complaint a lot of people have is the time it takes to check out. Sometimes you can wait for almost 45 mins to get through the line. That is not the fault of people who work there. They do a fast job with ringing everything up and bagging it. People are buying cart fulls of items which takes time. I always like to shop here when I'm in the area so you should give it a try also
