Unlike some other places I've been, she genuinely cares about the end result and will even tell you if your brows need more time to grow out instead of pushing a service that won't turn out well. I cannot say enough amazing things about Wink Threading Salon. Every single time I go, the…read moreexperience is consistently amazing. She does such an incredible job every time, and I always leave feeling so happy with my eyebrows. What makes it even more special is that it has been the same woman every time, and she is truly so kind and welcoming. She makes me feel so comfortable during every appointment, which makes the whole experience even better. On top of that, she completely recovered my eyebrows after someone else had over-waxed them earlier, and I am so grateful. She really took the time to shape them perfectly and helped bring them back in a way that looked natural and flattering. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients, and that level of consistency is hard to find. For me, this is easily one of the best threading places in Dallas, if not the best. I would recommend Wink Threading Salon to anyone looking for someone talented, trustworthy, and incredibly kind.

Eye Candy is franchise studio that specializes in eyebrows and eyelashes but, they offer all kinds…read moreof cosmetics services including waxing, extensions, and makeup application. The big pro is that they offer same day walk-ins making them especially convenient. Initially, I was really impressed by their offerings, my first visit set a high standard--the studio was clean, the technician was exceptionally professional, and the work was fantastic. I left eager to return. However, things took a downturn for my subsequent visits. Within just four weeks, my preferred technician had either moved to another location or left the company altogether. Since early 2024, I've noticed a decline in the overall quality of this location. A partition in the studio is missing, which has affected the ambiance, and the service has become inconsistent. It seems that different technicians provide conflicting feedback about my brow service and structure, which is frustrating. While the studio still maintains a generally clean and put-together appearance, there have been multiple price increases within less than six months. This constant change has started to make me lose trust in the establishment as a whole. On the upside, the customer service remains strong, and when the team is on point, the results are on point! I think I will give it a couple more visits to see if things improve before deciding if I need to search for a new cosmetics studio. There's potential here, but the inconsistency and rising prices are definitely concerns.

I had high hopes for Eye Candy in Lower Greenville, but unfortunately, my experience was beyond…read moredisappointing. I specifically told the threader that my last experience elsewhere left one of my eyebrows thinner than the other, and I asked if she could try to make them even. She acknowledged that one side was straighter but then refused to adjust it, even after I asked again. Instead, she insisted they were already even--right after admitting she hadn't touched it! On top of that, she didn't even apply aloe vera after threading, which every other threading place I've been to does to help soothe irritation. The lack of attention to detail and the attitude I received when I politely asked for a simple adjustment was incredibly unprofessional. I wasn't about to argue with someone who clearly didn't care about customer satisfaction, so I just left. If you care about your brows and expect a threader to actually listen to what you ask for, I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm still on the hunt for a good threading spot because this was not it.

Another woman walked in after me with two children. She went straight to the counter and checked in, I assumed. Once I realized I had to check in, I went up to the counter to do so. The employee took woman with her children that checked in before me go first. Without even acknowledging me. So i continued to wait. While waiting, her children began to run around the studio yelling and screaming. Only one wearing a mask. The woman did nothing from the chair but tell them to stop. During this time another woman walked it. The children started to really fight and the boy kept kicking his sister. The woman in the chair said, "stop, boys aren't supposed to hit girls" but never left the chair. The little girls knee started bleeding. Me and the new woman started to tell the employee and the mother that the little girl was bleeding. The new woman that was it waiting got up to get her some Kleenex. The mother still in the chair with no worries in the world. The lack of professionalism was enough for me to say, you somewhere else for your eyebrows.

They expected that I should pay again to have someone else do what wasn't done right the first time while trying to make me feel bad saying the lady who would supposedly do the job correctly would get the money from the girl who didn't do the job correctly and not entirely kind about it, instilling a complete lack of confidence and trust for me to allow them to touch my eyes ever again.
